The hotel's underground parking lot was easy to find, with ample spaces. Check-in was quick, and they even helped with performance reservations, allowing free entry to the ancient town. From the balcony, you could watch the Iron Flower Show and fireworks, and the handrails were immaculately clean (a special mention). The shower was powerful, and room service was incredibly responsive. I called for paper and a pen, and they delivered them within two minutes. They also thoughtfully provided a ballpoint pen and pencil (thank you). Breakfast was mainly Chinese, with a wide variety. The small mixed dumplings were delicious, and offering the Huzhou specialty (thousand-piece steamed buns) would have been perfect.

有史以來第一次評點一家酒店，煙花樓酒店五星級服務絕對到位。從很多細節地方可以體現，這裏我不得不特意表揚一下酒店的陸經理，到達酒店的第一天酒店停車入門閘壞了，保安讓我們從古鎮東門進 這對於一個從北方來的不熟悉江浙地形的我來説，簡直就是一個難題，無奈之下我撥打了酒店電話，沒想到這位陸經理會親自領着我們從其他的入口處繞了好多圈到達的酒店，辦理入住，也是非常親切，很多服務都是直接送到房門口，之後又親自開車把我們送到了大馬戲表演的地方，很是感動！回來之後又發生了一件事情，就是有一個房間的空調不製冷了，陸經理又要再給我們開一間房用來晚上睡覺，我們真的會不好意思，用一間客房的錢來佔用兩間客房，好在後來空調修好了，還沒等我們自己反應過來，她已經找來了打掃客房的服務員把空調機器修理的位置又重新打掃了一遍。“天下大事，必做於細”，煙花樓酒店有這樣細緻的服務，細緻的服務人員再加上如此絕佳得觀賞打鐵花，看煙花的絕佳酒店位置，更是讓我有種不想離開這個酒店的感覺，衹希望時間過得慢一點，讓我在這個酒店再好好的享受舒適的入住體驗，再好好地感受這座古鎮都有的文化氣息與當地人的淳樸善良，期待有機會再來，我也會多多推薦朋友來龍之夢一定要選這家酒店！
