We had a lovely stay. English communication was a challange. But they always tried to go exstra mile. For such a big hotel I think they should offer zero sugar drinks and Sweetner for coffee. They had no idee what I asking for. Had a good stay will use hotel again

房間保養的不錯，交通方便，樓上吃飯也很不錯，房間很大，唯一小童游泳池水位有點深，雖然是恆温，但是温度不高。

賓館離長治博物館很近，環境比較安靜。房間很大，早餐也不錯，服務尤其好，特別是前台小張姑娘，主動熱情，入住很愉快。唯一不足的是床比較硬，個人喜歡軟一點的床。

第一次住五星級酒店，兩大兩小（一男孩一女孩），從西安回北京的路上，選擇了長治作為中途修整的一站，看上了這個酒店。果然沒有讓我失望！五星級不是瞎評的，品質真的在這兒擺着。服務人員都有着極強的服務意識，彬彬有禮，主動提供了很多許多超出預期的服務動作。搞得我還挺不好意思。
體驗了游泳池和凈桑，提供一點小經驗給想訂房間的朋友們啊，游泳池標間是可以有兩個人免費去，多的人需要再買門票，也不貴，幾十塊錢，我是因為老二也不會遊，沒啥必要買票進去晃一圈，就衹讓爸爸帶着老大去遊了一會，我帶着老二回到房間用浴缸爽了一會，體驗感相當不錯！凈桑就是一個洗浴的地方，可以搓澡，樓上好像還有足療之類的可以去放鬆一下。每個房間也是兩個免費體驗的名額，個人認為女士這邊如果不想花錢搓澡可以不去，因為衹有沖淋沒有泡池，在房間裏也一樣的洗，沒什麼必要去那邊，像我一樣帶倆孩子住這種標間的，可以考慮讓爸爸帶着男孩子去體驗這個凈桑，媽媽和女孩子留在房間洗的會更舒服！
方方面面都挺滿意，出門的時候前台小姐姐追着我送了我一份水果和兩瓶温暖的礦泉水。
五星級就是五星級，各方面都五星！下次再走這個方向，我還會來長治，還會來潤爾萊！
