"Breakfast was exceptional, the staff are very attentive. The images of the rooms are accurate and the receptionists and managers do their best to accommodate all your needs. The pillow menu is a lovely extra the beach attached to the hotel is the only downside. But I’m sad I had to leave."

"We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect , the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were always kind and helpful. We especially appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with many fresh and delicious options every morning, and the complimentary sun loungers on the beach ,were a lovely extra that made our stay even more relaxing. "The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round. The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average."

"A wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. I had just been discharged from the local hospital and booked this hotel very late at night and arrived approximately 10pm. Situated in a lovely street in Chania. The room was exceptionally clean, lovely shower area, comfortable beds, AC and balcony area. The next morning we explained to the lovely receptionist I had been in hospital and needed to stay in bed, she let us extend our stay free of charge. She welcomed my family who came to visit and assisted us with numbers for doctors and arranged our taxi. When they did need the room back she made us welcome and comfortable in the reception area for as long as i needed. I cannot thank this lady enough. The hotel is lovely, I would love to return here when I am feeling better to enjoy the hotel and surrounding area."

"Hotel was nice and all, location is great, however: - The walls are paper thin, you will hear literally everything going on next door and above, and if there is any sort of festival outside going on, good luck sleeping! - There is a vallet service as the parking lot is small, and the staff takes your car to a nearby lot if required. Staff scratched my rental car's driver side door during my trip, and although I had no issue as I had insurance, I did not get as much as an apology, even after they checked the security cameras and saw the car came in without damages."

"The room was spacious and the hotel was super clean and extremely comfortable. Everything felt brand new and the service was really 5 star. We were happily surprised to learn that the indoor swimming pool is actually just a giant jacuzzi. We spent an hour there on our last night which was super nice. The bed is really comfortable and the place is quiet. There is a valet service for parking your car and we got welcome drinks and snacks on arrival. Thanks again for the free bottle of wine and fruit bowl as a VIP welcome gift. We really enjoyed and will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Chania again one day."

"A lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff!! Good breakfast selection and clean comfortable rooms! Lovely pool area too. Even though this is a good location as it is only a short walk to the beach and central Chania, it is on a very busy road. The surrounding area is very run down with lots of derelict buildings and lots of graffiti everywhere! It was quite a welcome surprise to walk from this area to the beautiful cobbled streets with the gorgeous tavernas and shops and the harbour, all only a 10 minute walk away! I would definitely recommend this hotel but just be open minded about the appearance of the area surrounding the hotel!"
