"We had such a great experience! Room was comfy and clean and they even offered a free laundry room which was very helpful. I would also recommend the restaurant the food was amazing. Not to mention the view from the hotel was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was what you'd expect for the price. It was a bit dirty, and I didn't feel it matched the photos. However, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Even though their English wasn't fluent, they used a phone app to translate and communicate with me. They even let us watch the World Cup match on the rooftop until 1 AM, which was really great."

"Our stay at the Niriis Hotel was most enjoyable and the room clean and tidy. The cost is reasonable and location very handy to the local bus that takes you to Chania old town, and also the departure point for the tourist fun train. Fabulous sandy beaches are only a few minutes walk away. Owner George and the reception staff are helpful and go the extra mile if you need assistance or have any questions, on what to see and do. Tours can also be booked at the hotel. Would recommend staying here."

"كانت الاقامة في هذ الفندق موفقة . موقع الفندق رائع حيث كان طاقم العمل متساعد في توفير وسائل النقل للمطار . كان قريب من مركز المدينه و قريب من محطة مترو كذا . الشكوى الوحيدة كانت أنكم ستسمعون الكثير من الأشياء تجري خارج الغرفة من أجزاء أخرى من الفندق. خارج الفندق يوجد الكثير من القطط المشويه والحيوانات المخصصه في الرصيف لم يتم تنظيفها بعد ايام من الاقامه حتي الان . ولكن هذه البيئات الحيويه ليست من الفندق . فمثلا كان السكن فى غرف النوم من الصعب جدا . وايضا كان الماء قديم جدا . اما الاضاءه داخل الغرف فهي جيده جدا وعملت بشكل ممتاز . اما الاضاءه داخل الغرف فهي جيده جدا وعملت بشكل ممتاز . بعض المطاعم الجيدة على بعد مسافة مشي."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round. The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average."

"Let me begin. We bought enough beds for six of our friends but hostel world was not linked to the hippie hostel website for some reason so there were many complications there. The staff at the reception were not there when we arrived for check in, or for hours after that so we had to wait around. Called the numbers but no answer. The people in the 12 bed room were really nice though- so that made it better, but the receptionist made my friend strip the dirty beds from the people before so we could settle in. Bathrooms are genuinely horrible like actually the worst thing ever. I understand it is a budget hostel but this is awful. Roof is nice though"

"Just had an 11 night stay here and had a lovely time. All the people that work here are very friendly. Great restaurant and good prices. Pool is really nice. The beach is a couple of mins walk away and there are 3 other beaches 8 to 10 mins away. Rooms are basic but clean, plenty of loo roll and clean towels. The air con didn't work properly but was fixed the same day when we reported it. Shout out Nusa the cleaner who took care of us, the very hardworking Tanya who runs the shop and the restaurant and Alex on the bar, everyone was so nice and really made our stay great."
