They provide water, coffee ( I enjoyed their coffee maker, coffee and tea^^).
Everything that you need, laundromat, restaurants, bakery, bank are just around the corner^^

"The landlord Seghi lives in the loft apartment upstairs. He and his wife and two sons live upstairs and share the bathroom and toilet downstairs. They go upstairs to rest at 10 o'clock in the evening. During that time, the bathroom is equivalent to independent use.
Note that the check-in and check-out time is from 19pm to 10am. There is a parking lot behind the apartment and you have to wait for other cars to leave. It is basically about 35-40 euros a day. You only need to pay some city tax after entering the door, which is about 4.2 euros.
We are mainly looking for a place to park for one night around Paris to take a shower. If you are not used to B&Bs, book carefully.
The landlord uses WhatsApp and his English is not good"

"Honest review, the hotel is new and rated 3 stars. It’s funky and fresh, full of young people and that’s the vibe. Our stay was alright, I rate it 3.5/5 stars.
The hotel room we stayed in had a much smaller toilet than we expected. It’s a functional toilet, you use the toilet bowl, stand up and use the shower. Everything is infront and close to you.
The room was spacious enough, it had a large sofa which could be converted into bed. We used it for our luggage.
Complimentary water is only on the first day, and they sell it for 5 euros per bottle at the bar downstairs. but thankfully France’s water is potable.
The hotel is quite near to the RER Metro and walking distance to a giant outlet."

"An excellent hotel which was the perfect stop off before we transferred to a Disney hotel. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower. The walk to the main shopping mall was about 8 minutes so it was an excellent location. The area felt safe too.
We made the mistake of leaving the train platform via the lift to the main Val d Europ station. If we’d have walked to the stairs at the other end of the platform we would have found ourselves right outside the hotel. It would help if there was a sign at the station directing you to the hotel - it would have saved us a 40 minute walk in heat trying to find it!"
