房間乾淨整潔舒適明亮，床上用品用品乾淨整潔，床墊舒適適合睡眠。衞生間馬桶乾淨整潔無異味，淋浴花灑新穎，熱水充足。有免費停車場，方便停車。

房間以及房間裏面的各種設施都比較新。乾淨衞生。獨立電熱水器供熱水。熱水比較足。酒店自備停車場，老闆比較熱情，性價比比較高，值得推薦。
我們是外地來潮州遊玩的。原來想住一晚就離開了。由於酒店住的比較滿意。再加上潮州的魅力又多呆了一天。

房間很乾淨，設備也很新，看起來應該是剛裝修好的，不過位置屬於比較郊區，逛街的地方比較少，吃飯的地方還是有。

有大窗可遠望是優點，但床角尖出冇包边傷了我脚，我痈了一整天，唉！建議包好床角！
洗澡時冇诜澡液，洗頭水只幾滴，。。。唉！！建議下次拾房先檢查清楚。
我訂双人房，但只放置了一条大毛巾。。。建議檢查清楚。
訂這民宿是為去潮州古城近些，可泊車再叫滴滴，但這兒的谪谪很難找到，找了很久都冇車，最後回程走了很遠路要比30元才有路過順風谪谪願意車回來。。。滴滴真的會搞壞個旅遊業。。。冇建議了，下次不去潮州古城。

公寓挺好找，停車點老闆會帶去對面馬路停車場，停車場挺大的。老闆很熱情，到的時候他們正吃東西，還邀請我們吃，大堂乾淨亮堂，還有乒乓球桌~~有電梯~會有靠馬路，神經偏弱的慎重…酒店房間乾淨，熱水是電熱水器…有點不友好，着急洗澡的還得等挺久，不然水不夠洗…我們就是…給我冷的…房間設備挺好的，小米電視小米空調，小朋友像回家一樣😂

酒店很好，衞生很乾凈，床很舒服，被子也很好，屋裡還有面鏡子非常好，吹風機是戴森的，老闆娘態度非常好，早餐還給我們了自己蒸的饅頭，還給我們鍋蒸東西服務很好，有自己的停車場，性價比很高，下次還會來的。

本來對民宿沒有很期待，沒想到環境很好，還有電梯，更驚喜的是洗澡水很充足，比我自己家裡的壓力都大，尤其電吹風彷彿戴森的平替，空調製暖也不錯，然後，位置竟然剛好在小黃電動車的運營範圍內，在擁堵的潮州城，小電動能到達的地方得省多少車費啊，雖然房間價格貴些，真的不錯
