Great plus, crappy AC It was nice and very convenient location, my only problem is the air conditioner in the room did not work. Our room stayed at 75° and the next morning when we grabbed our daughters duffle bag of clothes, it was soaked from the AC leaking

Enjoyable Four Points by Sheraton Experience! I had a great stay! My room had a great view, clean and the bed was comfortable! Had great drinks at the bar from a wonderful bartender. I definitely will stay at another Four Points when the oportunity arises!

Nice property, clean rooms. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning units are motion sensed, so they turn off when you're not in the room..or asleep. It was stiffling hot at night because of this.

This hotel could use some updating but because of its staff and location, I consider it the best hotel in Charleston. I don’t care about cheap free breakfasts or free cocktail hours with bad wine and cheap beer, so this is the best option in my opinion.
