Inspired by travels and a love for plants, Apartment D boasts an abundance of natural light in its cozy 700 sqft, perfect for a group of four. Top-Notch Amenities: Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, Apartment D is ideally located on Coming Street, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and a vibrant nightlife scene. Leave your car behind for the weekend and explore the city on foot or by bike! Friendly Community: As one of four apartments in the building, you may have the chance to cross paths with fellow guests. Embrace this opportunity to be friendly and say hello! The Southern Shangri-La team, residing just a block away, is always tending to plants, enhancing decor, or enjoying leisurely strolls with our dogs. Exclusive Access: Enjoy the privilege of exclusive access to the entire second-floor unit D within our shared building. It's easily accessible and well-lit for your safety and convenience. Convenient Parking: Park your car effortlessly in our driveway/parking lot, ensuring a seamless experience for packing and unpacking during your stay. GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Citywide Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing.
