The stairs to the loft are a bit steep as in Chalet houses. Using the back deck stairs, one can get to the first level which has only a casual sitting room and bathroom with a sink and toilet to use.. Close to beaches, URI, Ninigret Park (home of the Trolls and festivals, dog park, observatory) & more!The guest house is spacious and completely yours and separate from main house. The lower level garage stores owner items that do not need to be accessed during your stay. “The Nest” has a front door private entrance ~ a staircase leading you to a tranquil modern space for your “home away from home” experience.
