Bring your boats, recreational vehicles and more! There are no rules in our area that prohibit the parking of recreational vehicles. Please park on the driveway and do not block the road or park on the grass. Our home is on a septic system and city water. You are fine to drink the water from the tap as it’s provided by the city. Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilets or put anything down the drains other than waste and toilet paper. This includes feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, diapers, paper towel, tissues, food etc.. Septic systems are sensitive and can only handle toilet paper and human waste. This is Florida so pests EVEN in a newly built home are to be expected. You absolutely will see lizards, birds, bugs, insects, frogs, turtles, tortoises and more!
