Excellent service!

房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，但是用品較陳舊

酒店離機場有10多分鐘距離，有穿梭bus可以免費接送，有熱水，早餐一般，但房間還是不錯的，我來的季節比較冷，房間裏很暖和，是個性價比很高的酒店！

不錯，有免費接送機，挺方便，早餐麪包，雞蛋，酸奶，咖啡

Excellent airport free shuttle service to airport and easy booking kiosk in the lobby. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a couple of restaurants nearby and petrol station. Nice TV with good cable channels in the room.

有點吵 早餐選擇相對較多 床太軟

房間很新，很乾凈！房內有微波爐和小冰箱，早上送機也準時！不錯的選擇！

半夜到的有機場班車，這一點還是可以房間沒有異味，但是早餐比較樸素，靠近機場臨時住的話還是不錯的，可以選擇。

前台***態度極差，沒見過這麼態度惡劣的前台

亮點可以接送機，其實整體還行，適合短暫停留去機場，夏洛特的物價在美國不算高，旁邊有個店吃飯性價比很不錯。

到達機場以後，打電話給前台安排穿梭巴士。機場車很多，認準quality inn的logo。距離機場10分鐘車程。好幾個服務人員是印度老鄉，中規中矩。

The bed was really comfortable. The room had a odd smell. At night we saw baby roaches. The shower had stains. The staff was really nice. You could also hear all conversations in other rooms.

I decent “overnight” hotel at a great price. Great shuttle service and next door to Cracker Barel restaurant.
