"Overall good. Pleasant arrival, helpful and friendly staff. Sadly we had a noisy room and the male member of reception staff was a little rude about and argumentative, which is a shame. Small gym and very little equipment, mostly cardio. Tea and coffee provided in the room but no milk not even small UHT sachets. I asked for a small amount to make a drink and was informed I’d need to pay €4 for it. I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before and was a little shocked - does seem a little stingy given the price of the rooms here. No cup of tea for this English person today! Oh well. Nice pool area. Overall though, good. Stayed at better, stayed at worse."

"كان الفندق منزل جميل، الطراز القديم ومن الداخل أيضا رومانسي وليس حديثا. على بعد مسافة سير من الشاطئ والجدران. وكان الإفطار بسيط، على فرنسا فيها. كان الموظفون ودية. وكان الموظفون مفيدة ومهذبا. يقع الفندق في موقع مثالي لسهولة الوصول إلى وسط المدينة. إذا كنت تخطط للوصول إلى وسط المدينة، وخاصة إذا كنت تأتي في وقت متأخر من المساء، ولكن بعد جولة في الصباح"

"This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We were a family of 3 and had a double and pullout / sofa bed. The air conditioning was very effective and the room very quiet. The swimming pool facilities are fantastic and a real highlight of a stay. We'd have appreciated longer hours for our kid to be able to use the indoor pool (perhaps lunchtime when the pool is a lot emptier). I'd suggest relaxing the hours in off-season also. Breakfast was satisfactory. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table. It's located about a 30 mins walk from centre of Chatelaillon / train station and we walked it. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you all the way to La Rochelle. All in all, we intend to return next year."

"وجدت انا و ابنة عمي هذا الفندق المدهش عن طريق الصدفة وما تبين لي انه من جميرا. موظفو الاستقبال كانوا غاية في الود و المساعدة و كذلك الفندق الداخلي متجدد و مريح و يستدعى كثير من الديكورات الفردية كما كان من المستحيل الاختيار بين عشية وضحاها. كانت المنظر من الشاطئ من نافذة غرفتي رائعة. كان الطقس مثاليا، ودافئة ومشمسة، وهو يساعد دائما. كان هناك الكثير من الخيارات من أجل وجبة الإفطار، كل شيء محب وطازج. لا أستطيع أن أشيد بهذا الجيم الصغير بما فيه الكفاية وكان عارًا لدرجة أننا لم نستطع البقاء لفترة أطول."
