The stackable washer & dryer are tucked away behind kitchen cabinets. **Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.We provide beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. This house has 3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Playroom and another bath downstairs. Relax in the screen porch with a drink, while you grill you fresh seafood you just caught. After a day of boating and dolphin watching come home to a nice clean newly renovated rental house. This house is two story with lots of windows overlooking a nice lagoon. Bird watch as you have your dinner from the dining area. Our rental house has a king size bed in the first bedroom, two full size in the second and a queen in the third bedroom. The bedroom with the queen has a balcony deck. Plenty of parking here on this dead end street. The rental is kid friendly. The downstairs has a great play room for the kids to hang out.
