The hotel was closed when I arrived and they didn't refund me the money for the booking.

Recommended as a reference point for those passing through. The owner is very helpful in giving suggestions for travel etc. Good location (close to the boarding points) and around there are several activities where you can buy food at a good price. I recommend the shop next to the entrance where you can buy their original coffee.

I stayed two nights in a deluxe room. It was cleaned before I moved in so it was very clean. The room was large but beside the bed and a small shelf the room was empty. It had the look and feel of a used to bee great place but something must had happened.

We booked a room. When we arrived a man at reception took our money for one night. There were no lights on in the reception area. He showed us to the room. The bed linen didn’t look crisp white. The bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper. A half used roll was found near the bed. A used cake of soap was in the shower area. The fridge wasn’t turned on. There was no tea, coffee or sugar. There was no water. There was no kettle. It was disgraceful! After a protracted conversation we were able to get our money back. We do not recommend this property.

Clean, convenient little guesthouse in Chau Doc, very close to the tourist boat dock. I travelled alone and arrived after dark and felt so welcomed and taken care of. The owner made sure I knew where I was getting my boat to Cambodia the next morning and even helped me to arrange my ticket in advance over email.

Very small reception,did not have enough light , very dark Our room was on 1rst floor , We can’t contact a “ receptionist “ from a phone in the room . Bottle of shower gel was empty,the safety box is out of work .When We flipped the quilt ,the sheet was full of black marks. We went to find another hotel right after that . Extremely dirty guesthouse.

È un hotel a due stelle, non troppo pulito, avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, ma è accettabile. La padrona è molto gentile e disponibile e cerca di farsi capire. Per contro ci ha presentato una guida che ci ha fatto fare un tour in moto alla foresta e alla montagna per 1 milione di dong a persona (circa 38 euro) che è decisamente eccessivo, e al limite della truffa. Posizione buona, non troppo lontano dal mercato e dall' imbarco.
