The staff is very kind and professional, the hotel is fancy, clean, beautiful.
My problem was the extremely high temperature in my room. I couldn't adjust it at all, I was sweating all night. I don't know why some hotels in Inner Mongolia (I never experienced this in Yunnan, Sichuan and Shaanxi) turn on the heater so much.
The other disturbing thing was the lights that automatically turn on as soon as I set a foot on the floor. I see no need of such things, they just keep me awake. If I need some light, I can turn it on myself.
The town seemed to be pretty dead, only one shop was open at 7 pm. It wasn't so far away, so it's all right.
Anyway, it's a hotel that accepts foreigners without problems, so I'm glad I stayed here.

The location and environment of the hotel are good. The hotel is new and the staff's attitude is also very good. The bad thing is: the room was poorly cleaned. After entering, I found paper on the bathroom floor, water stains on the sink faucet, and the breakfast room was in a mess. There was no management, people could come in and out at will, and there was no staff to swipe the room card or ask for the room number. It's newly opened, but the facilities look simple from a distance and shabby up close. The hygiene is really not very good. As soon as I checked in, I saw a lot of long hair on the floor. Relative to the price, the room is really small. The bedding is relatively new and cleaner than other hotels in Chayouzhong Banner. However, the pillows are not as comfortable as those at Atour. The quilt is also very noisy. It’s hard to sleep at night. You can hear it when you turn over. The sound of the quilt rubbing against one another. 位置：離黃花溝景區很近，而且入住送一張景區暢玩票
衞生：衞生情況一般，剛進屋就看見了茶台上的一根長頭髮，浴巾上還貼着一張手寫標簽，感覺有點離譜
服務：工作人員服務態度還可以，就是人多有點顧不來，辦理時會慢一些
設施：簡單設定了一下空調熱風，發現打不開，不知道是不是設定問題。屋裡的電話沒接線，有事聯繫前台還是網上搜電話打的。
離店沒有伴手禮，不過在我詢問洗漱包是否可以帶走時給了一個。
總之感覺這家全季體驗一般，細節不太到位，因為位置和送票選擇的這家。

距離黃花溝20公里，自駕很適合的酒店，還是相信全季的服務，退房後在大堂用電腦工作一會，旁邊有兩長者家住客，前台過來幾次招呼有啥需要，温柔熱情，細節很舒服

在這個荒野之地難得有一個標準酒店，令人感動。但是標準到死板的地步也令人無語。一家子出門訂了2間，其中一間含雙早，但是由於這間當時就登記了一個人的身份證，所以不給第二張早餐券，好無語。

整體環境不錯，房間安靜，周邊也比較熱鬧，吃飯買東西都比較方便。門口可停車，如果門口沒車位了也可以停地下車庫，報銷一夜的停車費，就是車庫上來沒有直達通道。

到店後，前台工作人員熱情又高效，很快就辦理好了入住。房間佈置得温馨又乾淨，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠衞生間沒有任何異味，備品質量也很不錯。
讓我驚喜的是，酒店還送了當地景點門票這簡直是意外之喜!跟着門票的指引去打卡景點，給旅程增添了好多樂趣。
酒店位置也很贊，周邊交通便利，吃飯購物都超方便。下次來這，我肯定還住全季!

海拔1800左右 7月初來的很涼快。空調都不用開
