This property does have a shared driveway, with separate parking, for two guest houses. The waterfront is privately owned but is shared amongst the rental units. There are separate lawn spaces and fire pits for each unit. Great Location
Loved being on the water and close to multiple boat launch facilities. Stayed for a fishing tournament and it was easy access to Plattsburgh.
