"Nicely situated hotel in park grounds. 25 minute walk to Cheadle town centre. Beautiful rooms although was surprised there was only all over body wash and separate hair conditioner. No shampoo or body lotion. Breakfast was self service for juice, cereals and toast but you ordered mains separately. Staff very nice. We were there for a wedding for 2 nights and the booking of the rooms was badly managed. My son on his own ended up paying over £400 as they said he had booked the suite which he hadn’t."

"I wasn't bothered about no hit food in the morning, no chef but help yourself to continental. Toast isnt continental, neither ia a muffin. What has bothered me is the bathroom. I let the scummy tap go, I picked up the towel they had already put on the floor to find the underside had blood and lippy on it! Now come on, that's just vile. I tidy up after myself so picked it up to put in the bath. Now I've touched it. Im not after compensation, although refund offered without a fuss, but what are your cleaners doing?"

"Building work going on first thing in the morning. I have a 6 week old baby and 3 other kids who woke up by the noise right outside our room while staff never said anything about the what was going on when we checked it. We stayed 2 nights and cancelled the 3rd night."
