Guests are asked to bring life jackets to ensure proper fit. As of Oct. 1, 2021, WIFI has been upgraded to Starlink system which provides >100+ Mbps. Under new ownership with updates including custom designer furnishings, luxury linens, new TV's/sound system, and fresh paint throughout the whole home. There are no video or monitoring devices inside the home or other private (hot tub, fire pit, decks) areas. Additionally, guests should not use the boat lift for pontoon boats since it is not designed for those. Pontoons can be tied off at the buoy. If guests would like to use both the lift and the buoy, guest should confirm both with be available since the owner will periodically use one for his family boat - guests will be given priority on which to use.
