The food is very good. They are very friendly and helpful. Very good service 👍. Jasmine was particularly helpful with our breakfast, managed to sit us all together. The price is good (children are free ) The beds were comfortable. Overall very good

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. The hotel is located lose to the main roads in and out of Chelmsford and is easy to get to from Stansted airport. We stayed in a family room, which was clean and quiet with a decent bath and shower. The reception staff were always friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was great, with a choice of full English (eggs fried, scrambled even poached to order) and good quality sausages and bacon, or continental with fresh croissants and pain chocolat. I have stayed there several times when visiting family in Chelmsford and can recommend the hotel. The nearby pub, The Grange, is also good.

stayed here one night after a wedding and they offered great accommodation and food. Staff were polite and pleasant and the whole place seemed very welcoming however we did pay for early access and had to wait which i understand could not have been helped due to people still in there room but i think it should be warned that your not guaranteed to get in early

Very clean hotel. I was concerned when I read that they do not automatically clean rooms daily, but they will do so if you request. We had breakfast on 5 days, and it was very good, plenty on offer. Jo the chef was willing to all she could to prepare what was requested and Jasmin the restaurant manager was very very helpful. And kept the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Easy to find when visiting the locality for business. Clean room, clean bathroom and comfy bed. Plenty of parking. Curtains were blackout curtains. Didn’t use breakfast facility. Clean white towels and powerful shower. Shower gel but no shampoo

I stayed for 1 night with my dear Mum who was celebrating her 92nd Birthday and I have to Jasmine at breakfast was amazing. Really sweet and kind to my dear Mum bringing her a birthday card and giving her a Gin & Tonic to take away. I would definitely book to go back because of her kind and caring nature. Thank you Jasmine for making my Mum feel special.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast bar with chef going out of her way for us every morning. There isn’t a restaurant, instead you use The Grange which is a linked business next door. Food is generally good, service is t always great.

Rooms are clean, beds and pillows comfortable, everything you need to be honest!. You know exactly what you're going to get, and it's of a much higher standard than most, basic hotels. Boreham also has air-conditioning which is another bonus!

This was an outstanding stay. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can't recommend it highly enough. Staff were helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The location was very convenient for the A12. Food was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which was fresh and tasty.
