Premier Inn Cheltenham North West

The room was located on a cooler side of the building which was great due to the heat. The parking was good and it’s great that it is free. The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s near several retail outlets, food stores and a petrol station. Upon arrival the receptionist seemed extremely bothered at our arrival. The room was not clean. There was a shoe print in a pillow case. The room smelt awful, the carpets need washing. There was only one towel for two guests. The water pressure was lacking and the curtain was grimey. There was dust on the wardrobe and crumbs on the bedside table. When we stripped the bedding, as we always do to help the staff, we found the duvet and mattresses were covered in stains. Also, the mattresses have not been flipped as per Hypnos instruction. I have one so I know what they should feel like!

The location was nice and quiet but quite far from any other restaurant and bars so when I had arrived I have asked for booking the dinner but they said that they only will have space around nine so I have dinner in other restaurant and I have returned around half past nine and I did want to have a pint of beer but the bar was closed it was exactly 21:45 when I asked in reception what time do they close the bar they told normally around 22:30 but because is bank holiday they closed early I didn’t get But I hope to have breakfast there and I just go to the restaurant with my family it was 08:30 but again they said they were going to be very busy later so they only could offer me two places in the restaurant at the moment wasn’t more than four people So I left very disappointed I was there on the Sunday to Monday early Mai bank holiday

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Staff were fab, breakfast was good, room was a good size and had a bath (definitely a win with children). We booked en route to Devon to break up the long drive so just stayed over night but it would have been a fab base to explore Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

Excellent Service , gentlemen on reception at arrival very helpful and as always room, bathroom very clean. Now back to free parking.Its great for touring the Cotswolds and all the Lovely villages.. Stanton,the church,the pub at top of the hill amazing

I had a courtesy call the night before our stay which was very nice asking me if there were any requirements for our stay. It was my best mates Birthday & he received a nice Birthday welcome with cookies in his room & a free Birthday shot. Great service, brilliant location close to a retail park & close to town. Best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at thank you :)

A good budget hotel. Room was functional and had the ammenties you would want for a couple nights stay, such as tea and coffee. The staff were the highlight, all very friendly and helpful, in particular, Brandon on reception who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, there were some hairs in the bed and bath.
