We had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Would Definitely Recommend.

Great location, not far from regular buses to Cheltenham town centre which took just 10 mins When we arrived, it was 35 Deg c. We checked in with two lovely ladies, who told us they'd already got the Aircon on in our room as it was so hot. What a wonderful and thoughtful gesture, which was greatly appreciated. The room was comfy, and laid out like it should be. Clean and tidy too. Couldn't ask for more. There was free parking here too, and lots of it.

The free car park was fantastic. Half an hour walk into town or a bus that regularly passes the hotel (94) We visited during a heatwave so arriving to find the air-con on in the room was a lifesaver!

Arrived to find the hotel was on a building site. The TGI Fridays next door was closed with metal fences surrounding it. Our room was in dire need of a refurb. Didn’t help that it needed a good clean! In our opinion the standard of Priemer Inns is deterioting. Top tip book somewhere else.

Overall I had a good experience here. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of stray hairs in the shower but the bathroom was overall clean other than that. Downsides: there was no volume on the TV for just BBC1 channel strangely and I hoped there would be a small bottle of water to accompany the tea and coffee making facilities.

If we had known that the hotel was next to the main line railway we would not of booked. In fact we stayed on the Thursday night and were due to return on the Sunday, but cancelled and move hotels, due to the constant train noise all night. The car park is shared by what was TGI Fridays, that is now under renavations converting it to a Mc donalds. So goodness knows what it's going to be like when full of peop;e visiting it and dumping rubbish,if it's anything like the one near us. The Breakfast was ok, not a great choise as being served in what looked like converted rooms as no outside Beefeater or the usual restaurants next door. Hotel staff very helpful and room usual cleaniness. Just a shame about the location.

The poached eggs were the best that I have ever tasted. Joel the chef even told us the secret of these fantastic poaches eggs and was just like a special host to all the guests. The rooms were nice and clean and the front desk staff were great and all had good senses of humour. I would change the laundry, as the towels were a bit hard.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here, we booked for the races Only slight issue was no early check in rooms available as we arrived unexpectedly early due to train issues and these couldn’t be booked The hotel is in a good spot and walking distance to the train station and a good greene king pub We got a taxi into town which wasn’t too far The room was lovely and clean and very quiet The hot water could of been a bit hotter but was ok Staff very helpful on reception. Would stay again
