這個酒店環境很好，也很衞生，早餐也好，管家式的服務，工作人員的態度也都很好，樓下餐廳味道也很適合小朋友，不鹹不膩，不愧是承德最好的酒店，強烈推薦！以後來承德還住這，如果酒店再有泳池温泉就完美了！不過在承德倒也不影響，景區挺多，即使是五一這種五天假期，也幾乎沒有時間在酒店多逗留。

作為度假酒店性價比太高了！尤其是在五一期間！定了Hello Kitty主題房，孩子喜歡的不得了，酒店還有貼心的小童洗漱用品。着重説一下服務，服務人員意識很強，積極主動。下次如果來承德還會定。

非常滿意的一次體驗，離雙塔山步行十分鐘；離康熙大典表演開場12分鐘。一定要從前台購票，因為價格一樣但位置絕對的C位，特別好。進入酒店的感覺就像進入博物館。總之滿分💯我在➕10分。

這個酒店可以説是承德的天花板了，環境是花園式的，一個房間一個景色，服務員特別熱情，幫着拿行李，有專人負責領到房間，服務態度挺好的，早餐很豐盛，特別愛吃河粉。門口一輛勞斯萊斯，一輛賓利。
