Excellent staff and hotel. I have been staying at this hotel every time I come to Chengdu and that's every 3 - 4 months. Extremely clean and all 5 star amenities. The breakfast menu needs to be rotated more often for frequent traveller's variety but all in all it's a great place to stay.

I was so excited for this trip. I arrived at the hotel and they couldn't even find my reservation, after sometime of having about 3 people to find my reservation, I was then put in a room that had dust on surfaces as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Check out~I informed them that I would be checking out a little after checkout time (30min), they said this was OK but when I came back the room was already locked and I had to go up and down to sort it out and retrieve my belongings. I really wish I had a better experience with the service.
