the hotel staff is very pleasant and always there for any help. the room is clean and has a wonderful view of the city. the park in the building is beautiful and within the building there is a basketball court, swimming pool, spa, gym. the location is great, it is connected to the metro station from which you can go anywhere

Very spacious room which was cleaned daily. Washing machine and fridge available however no dryer. Excellent location being close to convenience stores, local and international food.

Excellent location and easy check in. You need to go to the 12th floor when checking in. Lots of space and great view at the window where you can sit and look out over the city.

A really nice place at the heart of Chengdu. I reached at midnight and there was no one at the ground floor reception. Luckily a resident walked in and showed me to the office on the 4th floor (I think it's on the 4th - Please get clarification before you leave)
The room was neat and clean with a decent view. The staff was helpful too :)

Bad experience with Yuxuan apt. Initially, they reserved me a room which was old, dark, view towards an old deserted building and curtains not properly fixed. I dont feel at ease at all. It's totally different from the picture reviews from the previous guests.
Points were given as they moved me to Apt A, which is more decent and comfortable, although condition of the apt is old and not well maintained. Not recommended at all to stay here.

Use mobile number lised to adf them on wechat. Patient staff and quick checking in. Room is spacious. Bed super comfortable. Aircon works. Water is hot and wifi is strong. Will stay again.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The reception was friendly and the cleaning lady was exceptional.
The apartment was slightly dated, but clean and functional.
For other travelers:
HOW TO FIND IT -＞ See the attached photo, it's the Tower B of R&F plaza. The reception is on the 12th floor
PACKAGES -＞ They arrive at the mall that's under the apartment, go to the 6th floor and go left, take the first right and follow the corridor till you see a room with two people, and lots of packages.
