小床沒有彈簧床墊，衹鋪了一層棕墊和一層軟墊子，感覺非常硬，如果是按照原價一天的話，這個床的舒適度是不匹配的。
由於床墊的不舒適，我們不得已提前換了地方，房屋管理員表示了不滿。
外籍人員入住提交了材料，房屋管理員沒有及時到所在地派出所登記，雖然出境沒有問題，但是可能會造成出境罰款。
房屋管理員及時解決問題提出讚揚，加多了軟墊子，並送來了插線板。

位置：位置很好，步行到東郊記憶5分鐘，樓下有餐館、便利店，很方便，距離大熊貓繁育基地等景點8至10公里左右。
服務：服務可以説是漫不經心吧。沒有前台，到了以後需要客人主動聯繫酒店，酒店會有服務員加微信，微信交200塊按金並拍身份證照片給她後，會給一個密碼讓自己入住。其他事項一概不會提前告知，會默認客人都知道。連住幾天的需要注意，需要客人主動提出聯繫服務員才會有人來打掃，否則視為不需要打掃。最後快要退房了才會告知超過12點是40塊一小時。
設施：介紹是2023年裝修的，稍微有些陳舊，具體表現在牆面、衞生間等區域。值得表揚的是熱水器放熱水很快。
衞生：很差，這裏強烈吐槽，衞生間下水道味道很大，地面不乾淨，非常影響入住體驗，
