The facilities are excellent, and the place is spotlessly clean. The overall environment is very pleasant and well-maintained, offering fantastic value for money. Service was flawless, with incredibly friendly staff. Seriously, the value for money here is second to none, and it's conveniently located right next to the subway station.

The hotel is accessed via a quiet alley, which keeps it peaceful. Just outside the alley, there are several casual dining options offering decent, popular local flavors. There's also a convenience store right at the entrance, which is very handy. It's quite close to the subway station, with both Line 1 and Line 4 nearby, about a 5-6 minute walk away. This is great if you're traveling light, but might be a bit of a trek if you have heavy luggage. Famous attractions like Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, and Wenshu Monastery are all within easy reach, accessible by both taxi and subway. However, there was some renovation noise from the 7th floor above. We reported it to the front desk, and they were very proactive in addressing it, which we appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was the presence of quite a few mosquitoes, likely due to it being summer. After we mentioned it to the front desk, a security guard promptly came up with mosquito repellent, which made a big difference. The restaurant's new Douhua (tofu pudding) dish was quite good, with options for spicy, sweet, and 'Sanxian' (three fresh ingredients) flavors. The front desk service was also satisfactory. For food deliveries, robots bring the orders directly to your room, and the elevators are access-controlled by key card, enhancing security.

Tucked away in an alley, the hotel offers a peaceful stay. I had booked a king-size room. Upon arriving at the hotel straight from the airport, I was informed that only one high-floor room was available. The front desk staff also mentioned that there might be some noise due to renovations in a company upstairs. I considered making do for the night and switching to a lower-floor room the next day. However, the front desk informed me that changing to a different room type on a lower floor might incur an additional charge. As it was already past 6 PM, cancellation was no longer an option, so I had no choice but to check in. What made me uncomfortable was discovering a spider in the room. I immediately contacted the front desk, and a security guard came to assist. Since this was the only room of its type, they performed pest control treatment on it. Following negotiations, I was informed that only a partial refund would be offered if I were to check out, which I declined given our brief stay. Eventually, the hotel arranged an upgrade and room change for us. The hotel bathroom features a separate wet and dry area and is equipped with a Laifen hairdryer. There's a restaurant on the ground floor, and several eateries are available right at the alley's entrance. The washing machines in the hotel's laundry room have an automatic detergent dispenser, which is quite convenient. Getting a taxi is easy, and the subway station is a 5-6 minute walk away. The room was spotless. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were also very responsive and communicative if any issues arose. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and their new *douhua* (tofu pudding) was a delightful addition! We will definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located right by the subway station, with convenience stores and fruit shops nearby, making everything super convenient. Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li are just three subway stops away. With many attractions situated in the Qingyang District, getting around is incredibly easy. The front desk staff were all very warm and polite.

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Wenshuyuan Station on Metro Line 1, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Major attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley are also easily accessible. The room itself was spotless, surprisingly spacious, and wonderfully quiet. The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel is situated down a small alley, and ground parking is very limited. Apart from that, everything else far exceeded my expectations.

Very clean and nice room, loves that we could do the checkin 1h earlier and the checkout is at 13. Recommend it!

Good spot to stay the room was really clean and spacious! Vibe of the room is also nice! The location might be hard to find at first as it is behind a narrow road alley. Take the exit E of the Wenshu Monestry station to get there but bear in mind it does take a long walk to get there from the station. The service counter people were also really helpful and friendly!Overall a really good place to stay will consider it again when I come Chengdu!

I thought this hotel was a little gem. Close to metro stations, Wenshu monastery and the buzz of Luomashi. Would definitely stay there on my next visit. Excellent place for the price.

Decent room, price is reasonable and ordering ******* is easy. Downside is the entrance is in an alley but location is good.

the room is okay! There is only 1 problem that we came at 3pm but the room was not ready!
