JinSha Grand Hotel (Chengdu Jianshe Road)

Beware! Staying here for over 300 is totally unworthy. I'd pay a bit more for the All Seasons... First, the service. When checking in, the short man at the front desk was very helpful. We couldn't press the floor button with our card in the elevator. It must have been inactivated. We complained to the front desk and asked them to activate it. The tall man impatiently told the short man, "Go and get them to swipe it." He was saying, "We didn't do it right?" We went to the front desk and asked them to activate it. Why did you take matters into your own hands? Are you supposed to be smart? And it still didn't work, so we have to wait for you to activate it again. When we checked out, they refused to give us a bottle of water. The cleanliness was poorly maintained, with stained carpets and curtains. They advertised a 60-item homemade breakfast, but it was just a basic breakfast. The soy milk was just powder mixed with water, and the pastries were pre-made. And Chengdu is so hot, and even though we had the AC on, it was still hot. How ineffective is the AC in the room? There was even a power outage this morning, waking me up instantly from the heat!

The location is easy to find. It is connected to Jianshe Road and Chunxi Road. It is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The service attitude is very good. The check-in environment is comfortable and not noisy at all. Friends who are taking exams nearby strongly recommend it
