We booked a parent-child room, and the overall experience was great! (That’s why I wrote such a long review…)
- The hotel service is great. Everyone we interacted with was patient and friendly, including the service staff at the restaurant. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time. They patiently helped us to book extra stays and get discounts. And also recommend a lot of Chengdu local food/restaurants, which was very helpful.
- The room is bright with a nice city view and well-cleaned. Room service is very quick as well. When we ordered takeouts, a robot sent them to our room. Pretty convenient.
- My kid enjoys the parent-child room a lot. In addition to the small tent and a rocking unicorn, there are also some children's books, so we had things to do when it was raining outside.
- The room facilities are fine too, there is a smart toilet, and the TV has projection as well. There’s no bathtub.
- The location is excellent, in the center of Chengdu, and it is easy to get around. It is very close to Taikoo Li Chunxi Road, about ten minute's walk, and it is also very close to the airport bus station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to it.

The hotel has excellent facilities and equipment, beautiful rooms, a lovely courtyard, and even a "cracking egg" (a traditional Japanese practice) at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. CC proactively shared simple travel tips to help us. It was a very thoughtful service for us at the hotel. The room was exceptionally cleaned by the cleaning lady, who was also very welcoming. The room also features a wet and dry separation design.w

Very friendly, clean, comfortable and cozy hotel.
The room is very nice, quiet instead of the location, and have everything you need for a good rest.
The location is very very comfortable for all main tourist destinations. Breakfast also was very good.
Big thanks for our pleasant staying.
Especially all the stuff at the reception, such a friendly guys. It was nice to receive complimentary ice cream, and panda after our stay and the hot tea was excellent.

Perched at No.20 Shuwa North 3rd Street in Jinjiang District, this boutique haven nails it all. Spotless clean !! Awesome service: Staff like 7 ( seven) anticipated needs, from instant metro tips to welcome Sichuan teas and even got panda toy( it’s very cute 💓). Big rooms wow with city views, plush kings, and spa-like showers. Breakfast : Endless choices—spicy dan dan noodles, fluffy pancakes, build-your-own congee, plus vegan delights in a sunny atrium.
Prime spot: around 15-Mins to Daci Temple’s serene vibes, and easy hops to Chunxi Road shops or Kuanzhai Alley eats. First trip to the city but felt in love with city of Chengdu magic!

This hotel was excellent, one of the best on my trip.
Location is very good; it is in the middle of the city and right by Chunxi Road, one of the main attractions in Chengdu.
My room was very clean and comfortable, and provided a good view out of its window.
The staff were extraordinarily helpful; reception desk helped me with any questions, and they even took care of my laundry for me free of charge.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The first thing I noticed was a lot of the people I know who were on their way home were in their late thirties and they had to go back and forth with the other guys and I had a couple people that I was talking with that were on their phones so they had a little more information on their phone so they were like oh I was just trying not really knowing how much I had and then they said they had a bunch more stuff that I didn’t even have so they were going back and I was like it yeah
