I recently had the pleasure of staying at W hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations.
The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities that made my stay feel luxurious. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to such a serene atmosphere.
The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of treatments that left me feeling completely relaxed. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind, with comfortable loungers and a tranquil ambiance.
Dining at the hotel was an absolute delight. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious, high-quality dishes, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making every meal a memorable experience.

My first impression when I arrived at the W hotel was that there was someone to help me open the car door and carry my luggage. I was particularly impressed by the manager of the hotel standing at the door to welcome me when I entered. In addition, everyone from the receptionist, restaurant to cleaning staff... greeted me very politely. Whether it was room service or dining in the restaurant, there was someone to serve me. I really enjoyed this feeling of being honored.

Best hotel in Chengdu for families! Absolutely gorgeous environment, local dishes, and hospitality! Amenities are outstanding. We love the room design, and all the small things.

It is below my expectation, service is just so so, some of the reception staffs and concierge team are not friendly and quite arrogant. Not recommended.

Nice staycation in the W hotel, we even got an upgrade to a bigger room. Very good service, everything is clean, nice indoor pool area. We had an amazing stay, can only recommend W hotel in Chengdu
