It's very close to Dongjiao Memory, with a shopping mall and various snack options nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel's ambiance is great; it's spotlessly clean, and the service is attentive. They even treated us to delicious freshly baked cookies. We had a fantastic experience.

It was a fantastic experience, incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and business travelers. Just one small suggestion: I hope your hotel butlers can be more mindful of guests' boundaries, avoiding excessive attention or unnecessary interruptions.

The hotel's service and dining experience were, as always, consistently excellent. However, I would recommend the hotel replace the bathroom tumblers. Being handle-less, they are not very user-friendly for children and seniors, as they can easily slip, potentially leading to breakage and cuts.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Riverside is conveniently located near the Second Ring Road, with Longfor Tianjie mall and a subway station entrance right downstairs, making transportation extremely convenient. The surrounding area is also quite pleasant. Shirley at the front desk is very professional; she always has a smile and patiently answers all my questions. However, on the day of my check-in, a different receptionist handled it. She confirmed my two-day stay, but to my surprise, when I returned the next afternoon, my room key card didn't work. I went down to the front desk, where a young lady seemed very inexperienced and offered no apology whatsoever. She definitely needs more training. Later encounters with Shirley quickly smoothed over the earlier unpleasantness. Thank you. Additionally, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the room. I found a previous guest's cookie still under the coffee table (see picture 10).

I've stayed at this DoubleTree by Hilton multiple times, and each visit has been excellent. The King rooms are slightly smaller than the Twin rooms and are also more expensive. Personally, I find the Twin rooms offer better value. The location is superb. Tianjie shopping mall is right downstairs, and Dongjiao Memory Park is directly opposite, so you'll never be short on dining or entertainment options. This is my absolute top pick when visiting Chengdu!

The room itself was excellent, offering a distant view of Dongjiao Memory. It was also wonderfully quiet, thanks to great soundproofing. However, parking was quite inconvenient. The street below experienced heavy traffic congestion, so I'd highly recommend taking a taxi instead. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good

Facilities are excellent and comprehensive. There's a Starbucks right downstairs, along with a bustling snack street and various chain stores. Directly across the street, you'll discover a wide selection of local specialty restaurants. Parking is convenient, though finding the right entrance can be tricky; you must enter through the east-side parking lot, as the mall's various parking sections are not all interconnected.

My friends were visiting Chengdu, and I just booked this hotel near my home for them. They received a complimentary room upgrade from a lower to a higher floor, which offered a much better and more expansive view. They were very happy with the service and thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

We stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, specifically around Children's Day, bringing our child to see the national treasures (pandas). The hotel is conveniently located near the East Railway Station; a taxi ride cost just 18 RMB and took about 20 minutes. The room amenities were satisfactory, though it's certainly not a luxury five-star hotel. The front desk service was excellent, with staff readily assisting us with our luggage. For breakfast, the variety of hot Chinese dishes was limited, but the Western pastries and desserts offered a rich selection. A special shout-out to the beef noodles – they were truly delicious and highly recommended! The hotel's surroundings are brimming with dining options. You'll find popular choices like Chuanxi Bazi and classic Sichuan restaurants, plus countless local snack stalls right downstairs, offering enough variety to try something new every day for a week. What's more, Dongjiao Memory, often likened to Beijing's 798 Art Zone, is conveniently located right behind the hotel and is definitely worth a visit.

I stayed for one night and it required a 500 RMB deposit. Unfortunately I had no friendly greeting upon check in not evening a good afternoon.

The location of this this hotel is amazing,walking distance to hundreds of restaurants that some to them opens 24/7,this hotel shares the building with a huge shopping mall,ez shopping everyday. The staffs were excellent in service.Special thanks to Lucy Wang,she navigated me within the area and that was absolute top service! I will never be tired of the food here,I love chengdu so much.

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. The front desk help is very good. Thank you to Lucas and Alyssa for their help checking in and out. Very good stay.

Smaller than the lakeside double tree hotel, but much better location. Friendly staff, all good!
