A very conveniently located hotel in Chengdu city center near Tai Koo Li shopping district.  The service is friendly, efficient and welcoming. English is spoken at the check in desk and foreign guests shouldn’t have any issues with staying here hassle-free.  The breakfast is fairly varied, possibly geared more towards the locals, but there is plenty for international palates.  Bedroom was spacious, comfy and quiet. Some of the hard furnishings might seem slightly worn, perfectly normal for the age of the hotel. My only gripe was the non-functioning holder for the bathroom shower head which wouldn’t hold the shower head in place as it was broken. However, the overhead shower curtain worked perfectly and was a substitute for the actual shower itself.

The location is excellent being opposite Chunxi Road and IFS, around 15 minutes walk. There are many eateries and restaurants, and few convenience stores located around the hotel. Service is prompt and staff are generally friendly. There is also a variety of food selection for hotel breakfast. It would be good if they provide a shelf to store toiletries in the shower room for guests who bring their own toiletries. For those who dont, the hotel does provide shampoo and shower foam for use. It's a hotel that I will recommend families and friends to stay in Chengdu.

This is the first hotel that I genuinely would like to give a 5stars review. 1. front desk is very responsive and helpful with all our request including early check in, late check out etc. 2. They are very friendly and welcoming, offered us souvenirs when we reach the hotel and leaving the hotel. 3. They are very considerate, small little things like preparing tissue, sunblock, cooling pad and mosquito repellents beside front desk for travellers. 4. Location is super convenient right beside 太古里 and luxury brands. 5. Upgraded our rooms for our stay Will definitely recommend friends and family, and stay here for next trip.

Experience at the hotel has been splendid. Accommodation is clean and well located. It's near to a popular Dan Dan noodles eatery too. Highly recommend!

Both Tracy (Car Lobby) and Yina (Reception Counter) should be applauded for their willingness and going the extra mile for us. Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Management should look at rewarding them for their qualities. Tracy (大厅） 和 Yina （前台） 的服务精神很应该被表扬。 他们两在我们入住期间很尽心尽力的服务，包括从行李寄存，处理我们的包裹退回，到回答我们的问题都尽力到底。 让我们这次的旅途很愉快。管理层应该提拔，表扬这两位员工。

Overall is pretty good, close to subway station and variety of food, travel agency service is very helpful for foreigners. Only hiccup is that the hotel charges up front money that is higher than the total cost, even though it was returned when checking out, but it took us several days to see it was actually processed. I have not seen such practice from any other hotels.

The Hotel is great. 5-star hotel by Wanda. The room is spacious, oriental-style room. It has a massage chair, big bathroom with a bathtube. The most important thing is the quietness from outside noises including ur neighbours. I think the room is very comfy and warm to our liking. This time my booking includes a breakfast that cost about 35usd for 2 person, which i thinks the food is ok. Nothing fancy. Has no wow factor for us. It s a standard 5-star breakfast buffet. I found no local breakfast delicacy. But i didnt expect too much as it is a 5star hotel catering to international guests. Overall, our stay was great.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, featuring high-quality toiletries that added a touch of luxury. In summary, my stay at Sofis Jinyuan was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed at Joya Hotel for three nights and booked three rooms for six people. All of us were very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite and professional. Special thanks to the manager Annie—she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even gave us a lovely local Chengdu gift at check-out. They also provided fresh fruit in each room, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, right next to Taikoo Li, making it super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when in Chengdu.

Came to see the concert, the hotel is very close to the venue, it is very convenient to walk back to the hotel directly after the show. The hotel upgraded the room type for free. The room is large with a balcony, and the high floor has a good view. The light in the room is soft and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to live in. The surrounding area is Dong'an Lake Park, and it is very comfortable to walk around. However, the breakfast is average, and it feels not up to the level of the hotel
