At first, we were unsure about the place, as the exterior and entrance weren’t very appealing. But once inside, the corridor and our room were great — very spacious, with a high-tech toilet, a mini fridge, kettle, and a nice hairdryer. The breakfast was good, the staff were super friendly, and there’s even a small laundry available. The location is fantastic, close to the river, Anshun Bridge, and plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs. We really loved it and would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was good, but it was the exceptional service from one staff member that truly made our visit outstanding.
We encountered a significant problem with a pre-booked DiDi driver to the airport. Despite having confirmed the trip, the driver demanded an extra 40¥ in cash for our luggage at the last minute. Being without that much cash and with no ATM nearby, we were in a very stressful situation.
This is where a young man from the hotel's guest services team stepped in. He not only helped us cancel the problematic DiDi booking but also immediately secured a reliable taxi for us, ensuring we wouldn't miss our flight. He handled the entire stressful situation with remarkable professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. His English was excellent, which was a huge help, and his friendly demeanor completely put us at ease.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for hotel in Chengdu! The hotel is perfect! The staffs, their amenities, service are perfect!!! Their housekeepers will clean and refill everything in the room everyday and very punctual! Although the light in the room is quite dim making the whole vibe of the room abit antiqued, there is no problem with that, still love their hotel! You can also get toilet seat cover, elastic rubber band, hairpin, cotton buds and lots of things for free at the front desk!!! The location is close to lots of attractions (around 10mins to IFS via DiDi). There is also a family mart, convenient store and late night barbecue, Sichuan-Style Shaokao in front of the hotel so you don't have to worry if you feel hungry at night. Overall, I love their service and the atmosphere of the hotel! Definitely gonna come back if I go to Chengdu! ＜3

The hotel service is very thoughtful. Because I made the reservation for the guests, I didn't know that the flight was rescheduled. Ctrip kept calling me the next day, and I knew that the guests did not check in. Fortunately, the housekeeper Qiqi helped us contact the customer service, which saved me from an extra expense🥰🥰. The guests who checked in later were also very satisfied. Qiqi's service was very thoughtful. The hotel room was very quiet and the rest was very comfortable. With such service, I believe the hotel will have better development🎉🎉.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, near to mrt, near to jiu yan qiao. The room is clean, with some control switch spoiled but surprised me with a smart toilet bowl.
I appreciated many aspects of my stay, but I did experience 2 issues I'd like to mention. Despite placing the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door, housekeeping still entered and cleaned the room. I understand that this may have been a misunderstanding, but I believe it's important to respect guests' privacy when the sign is displayed. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
Secondly, the breakfast provided to be below expectation in terms of quality and variety, additionally, the breakfast area itself was not pleasant and comfortable, which affect overall experience. A good breakfast can really enhance the overall guest experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my booking with Cloud Travel High-end LOFT hotel apartment. The location is really great and is very accessible. If you are planning to go Jiuyanqiao （九眼桥）the walking distance is extremely close. The nearest metro station is niu wang miao (牛王苗) line 6 just one street across. There are many good foods around this area. Apart from amentities, I also wish to highlight that their services were extremely great and helpful. When I reached chengdu international airport around midnight, they ensured me with the correct address for my DiDi booking. Furthermore, they allow me to extend an hour of my check out timing just because I wanted to explore a little longer in Chengdu. Definitely will book again with them when I visit Chengdu again.

The room is large, spacious and quiet. It is located right by the river and next to a shopping mall, making shopping very convenient. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Taikoo Li and ifs, and is just a stone's throw away from Hejiangting and Lan Kwai Fong.

This shop I chose by accident is newly opened and decorated in a very simple and modern style. The shop owner was very considerate to send me the specific route in advance, and I found it quickly. After checking in, he gave me a snack and drink bag. It was very clean and complete. After leaving, he asked us if we needed water, and even gave us drinks! I was so embarrassed to accept it, the attitude was so good! The service is amazing, a very good experience! I will come here again next time I come to Chengdu!

Everything in the room can be controlled by voice, which is very convenient, but what makes me more numb is that I brought my son over this time. After he demonstrated it again at the front desk, he completely indulged in it, so I listened silently in the room for a whole night. ”Hello, Xiaowei”, Then the light switch like a bundy, but the next day, I finally managed to cheat him out of the hotel under my three-inch tongue. Although I still didn’t care when I took him out~ In short, it was very good and the price was very high. It can basically meet everyone’s needs. Come next time~ Shh, But I hope I don't bring my children, after all, the beautiful bar street opposite has not experienced it yet!

From there, it's also a short subway ride to the tourist shuttle bus departure point at Chunxi Road Tourist Distribution Center. Plus, local attractions like Wangjiang Pavilion and Jiuyan Bridge are just a stroll away and well worth exploring.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of choices, and in the evenings, you'll find bustling late-night food stalls right outside, offering an authentic taste of Chengdu's vibrant local culture. The hotel facilities are clean and modern, and we enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights, ensuring a good sleep. The value for money is truly outstanding.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom is well designed for dry and wet separation, the toiletries are complete and the quality is online, and the room is fully equipped. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and there are convenience stores and gourmet shops downstairs. The price is super high, whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is highly recommended, and I will choose Hanting next time!

FFafaygThe room was exactly same as pictures. Ltr is nearby just within 3min walks. Breakfast was included until 11am so is quite friendly for me as i use to wake up late. There have prepared supper from 10pm-11pm as well but I dint manage to try. The staff there was not that friendly as others hotel i stayed. The soundproof is bad especially i stayed nearby the lift. And every time when i went back from outside,there js smoking smells on my room,not sure whether someone smokes outside or because of their ventilation system.
