Really absolutely love this hotel. Best location for food, shopping and travel to places of interest eg kwanchai alley, IFS. Clean and friendly services. Will definitely recommend this hotel for all.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hidden House. It is a charming hotel. The front desk assistant Xiao Long was very attentive and answered all questions on WeChat even in the middle of the night. For some reason, we accidentally changed the thermostat settings and the room became really hot around 4 am. We texted front desk about the problem and Xiao Ling came to our room with her colleague to adjust our thermostat. There is a nice convenience store about 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy any necessities. They even serve hot snacks and desserts. We had sausages, fresh baked pastries and Oden one time after a long day of walking because the restaurants were closing for the night but we forgot to buy soda and Xiao Ling brought drinks to our room. The hotel also has a service robot when housekeeping is busy helping other guests. The beautiful room we stayed in had a balcony and the hospitality was top notch. We would definitely stay here again

Our experience at the hotel was great! Very friendly staff at the reception: they helped us booking taxis to go to the train station and to the Panda Research Base, the tickets for the Chinese Opera (experience which I definitely recommend to do at least once!) and a super early morning transfer to Tianfu Airport. The hotel is very well organised to assist foreign non-Chinese speaking tourists at best (provides informative material in English on the wide range of services and tours offered. As a foreigner who speaks Chinese, I was positively surprised to see such a high degree of organisation). We also had the chance to eat at their in-house restaurant twice, and it was a very nice experience. And well, just the hotel courtyard alone is so beautiful itself. The typical Chinese architecture and forniture are so relaxing and soothing to the eye. The rooms are clean, and they make them up every day. The location is also super convenient: very near to Tonghuimen metro station 通惠门站 （line 2). We recommend this hotel 100%, and should we come back to Chengdu in the future, we would definitely come here again!

Chuanxing Yinli Hotel – A Great Stay! This hotel is excellent—beautiful, spacious rooms with all the comforts you need. Super convenient location and easy to find, which made getting around a breeze. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to booking tickets. I truly appreciated their support. Would definitely stay here again if I return!

Simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, our host XiaoXia made us feel so warm and welcome. She greeted us personally in the lobby and even went above and beyond to help us with an event we needed assistance with — we really appreciated her kindness and initiative. The room was super cozy and even came with a projector, which let us enjoy both Chinese and Western movies from the comfort of our bed. As lazy travellers, we actually found ourselves enjoying quiet nights in more than exploring — and this setup made it perfect. Another great plus: the room had a washing machine! It made doing laundry really easy and convenient, especially during a longer stay. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the heart of Chengdu — just a short walk to IFS Mall, Taikoo Li, and many other fun spots. We loved how accessible everything was. Lastly, the refund for our deposit was processed in less than six hours after check-out. Super efficient and hassle-free. All in all, a fantastic stay with thoughtful touches and great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu!

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, the staff was friendly and someone could speak English and this really helped us in communicating (miss liang). All staff are very quick in responding to our questions and needs. Clean room, No bidet in the closet, and there is supermarket and souvenir shop next to the hotel. For restaurant you need to cross the street or walk toward the back of hotel. We were glad about the laundry is free and you just need give to the staff. Warm, peaceful, and full of love — thank you! 🌸 We truly loved our stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed linen was so soft and gentle. The mattress and pillows were the best we’ve ever had — it felt like home. Even though I usually don’t sleep well in this time zone, I finally got real rest here. The private in-room pool was a big surprise for our children — they were so happy and excited! It made our stay very special. Everything in the hotel is made with care and love, from the room design to the smallest details. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful — thank you so much for your warm welcome and support! TLDR: This place is very highly recommended. Note, the name currently varies over several booking sites. There are restrictions on Google maps and other services, which make amendments difficult. (Floral Hotel on Trip.com - check the reviews there! - Qintai ******* Culture Boutique Hotel on ***********, and Shintan Bliss Qintai Hotel and 34° Art on the sign above the door. We are initially hesitant to book because we found this confusing, but dint let it put you off. We are so glad we chose this hotel. (Also, I think the previous poor review is very old and when the hotel was managed by a previous owner.) It's so lovely, the rooms are among the cleanest we've seem and super comfy beds. It's really great value for money. The staff are beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. They did so much to help us and make our stay wonderful. They helped organise excursions, find necessities in the city, gave us little treatsand gifts, even helped to fix a broken handbag. Add to that, the location is perfect for exploring the parks, shopping areas, and the cultural side of Chengdu. This is an artists' hotel and it shows in the decor - quirky, old charm, but comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful traditional buildings. It's so lovely, the rooms are among the cleanest we've seen, and super comfy beds. This is in an excellent location, with views over Shi'Erqiao Martydom Place, moments walk from the China Opera at Shufengya Yun, Culture Park with Xiaoyuan Garden and the Taoist temples at Qingyang Palace (all must-visit places in Chengdu). It's also moments from Tonghuimen metro for easy access to other sites in Chengdu and a short walk from Kuan and Zhai Alleys. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, seems du be recently refurbished, on the small side, but with just the right segment and well equipped for one's needs. The bathrooms seem quite new, with a heated toilet seat and auto flush. Good water pressure and quite hot water. Includes kettle and free tea, plus more than adequate bottle water in demand included. Full toiletries and soft, fluffy towels are provided. Great coffee and various soft drinks are avaliable from the cafe on the ground floor, as well as a selection of beers, including a tasty ******* beer. There is a kettle, drinking water and tea provided in the room. There is a charming third floor lounge area and terrace, with views over the lovely Qintai Road, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and free laundry facilities.
