Hotels in Jinniu Wanda Plaza/ChengDu Zoo, Chengdu

Hotel wasn’t the most ideally located for those wishing to do things in the evening, it would have been a short taxi journey but this would be very low cost, however did have a small convenience store, McDonald’s and a few other food choices just outside the hotel.. The room was very spacious, modern and high tech. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. We stayed here to visit Chengdu Panda centre with was around 25 minutes in a taxi, but again very low cost.

The service attitude is very good, the help is provided in a timely manner, the environment is good, it is far from the subway station, there are shopping malls around, it can be reached on foot, the bed is very soft, and the hygiene is very clean

The check-in experience was not very good. First of all, takeaways could not be delivered to the room, which is understandable. So we went downstairs to get it ourselves. It was supposed to help swipe the elevator card, what's wrong? No one swipes it. Then the hot water is really unstable, cold and hot. The body lotion on the washstand was obviously used by the previous resident and not changed. I took it and saw that the lid was all smeared. The worst thing was that at 11 o'clock, a guest on the same floor checked in and shouted in the corridor. Didn't the front desk remind us to keep our voices down when checking in so late? I wanted to extend my stay today, but forget it. I reported it to the front desk when I checked out, and the front desk just said, ”You say yours, and if I don't respond, just pretend you didn't hear it.”

This is the first time I chose to stay at Orange Hotel. Although the location of this hotel is 20 meters away from a subway station, the surrounding environment is really not very good. The blue fence feels like an old community that is about to be demolished. However, after staying, the impression is still very good! Let me talk about a few very good points: 1. The hardware of the hotel room is good, including the whole house lighting controlled by Xiaodu smart speaker, electric curtains, and constant temperature toilet (non-smart toilet) 2. The TV screen projection design is very easy to use, which is convenient for mobile phone screen projection to watch movies and TV series. 3. The breakfast room is very good and the breakfast is also very good! There are many varieties, the soy milk is very good, and the noodles are average (all winter vegetables + a little bit of shredded pork) 4. The hot water for bathing is very good, the hot water comes quickly, and the water is very large and hot! 5. There is a book written by the founder Qi Qi in the room, which is worth reading! Areas for improvement: 1. The room has a little smell. Overall very satisfied, I will choose Orange Hotel next time!

I had a terrific experience staying at this hotel! The concierge staff are extremely kind and helpful! The location is right next to several tasty restaurants and an outdoor shopping mall. The front door staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a great view, and the amenities were plentiful. Having a laundry machine in the room was very convenient! The subway is a short walk away and grants easy access to the rest of Chengdu. I lived quite comfortably for an affordable price, I highly recommend this hotel!

Top Hotel ! Nice staff...some speak a little English. Nice security guy. Lovely , new rooms...just luxury!!!! Loved it! Located right outside the metro station. You can not get lost. I would stay here again. I usually do not use the hotel soaps but everything smelled so nice of lavender...I showered and showered..haha Wonderful Hotel. Breakfast wad also very beautifully arranged.

There is a snack street on the first floor, which is very convenient. There is also a night market nearby. Life in Chengdu is really comfortable. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, especially the big bed, which is very comfortable to sleep on. The room was upgraded for me. I give it a thumbs up. The service staff is of high quality and good attitude. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and fast.

酒店環境不錯，價格始終，性價比高。走廊地毯靜音，行李箱過去完全沒聲兒，晚上比較安靜，聽不見行李箱那動靜就挺開心的，在意這些細節的可以考慮訂這裏。酒店前台服務挺好，效率高，基本上有求必應（前提是合理的要求哈），在這兒住了好幾天，問前台附近哪家麪好吃也很熱情跟你推薦。酒店內乾淨，客房服務好，在走廊遇見了會問你要不要打掃衞生，很主動。有時候我們出去玩兒沒時間洗衣服收拾回來拜託前台幫個忙收一下他們也會幫忙，還順手掛架子上，挺好的。很少寫好評，但這裏確實不錯。

The hotel is in a very good location, quite close to Wanda Plaza. The hotel lobby is on the first floor, equipped with a lounge sofa, the front desk service is very good, the room was relatively small when I arrived at the store, the front desk upgraded the comfortable big bed, the room was relatively quiet, the equipment was relatively complete, the opening price during the Spring Festival was relatively moderate, it was a very good choice, the room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was very comfortable, I came to Chengdu for a day of travel and returned to the hotel to rest very well, fully restored my vitality, the room was insufficient, many small details were lacking, the room had a little smell, it may be because of the new opening, overall the hotel is still very good, all aspects are good, this price chose this hotel is within expectations, next time I come to Chengdu I will choose this hotel, I hope there will be a different surprise next time.

The hotel service is attentive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete, making people feel very comfortable I like the design of this hotel very much. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and smart furniture throughout the house. The details in the room are also very well done, making people feel very warm.
