Amazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw: No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

Our experience at the hotel was great! Very friendly staff at the reception: they helped us booking taxis to go to the train station and to the Panda Research Base, the tickets for the Chinese Opera (experience which I definitely recommend to do at least once!) and a super early morning transfer to Tianfu Airport. The hotel is very well organised to assist foreign non-Chinese speaking tourists at best (provides informative material in English on the wide range of services and tours offered. As a foreigner who speaks Chinese, I was positively surprised to see such a high degree of organisation). We also had the chance to eat at their in-house restaurant twice, and it was a very nice experience. And well, just the hotel courtyard alone is so beautiful itself. The typical Chinese architecture and forniture are so relaxing and soothing to the eye. The rooms are clean, and they make them up every day. The location is also super convenient: very near to Tonghuimen metro station 通惠门站 （line 2). We recommend this hotel 100%, and should we come back to Chengdu in the future, we would definitely come here again!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the daily housekeeping, made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding—whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the relaxing spa, or the stunning restaurant/lobby area, everything was top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered delicious food with a great variety of options. Location-wise, the hotel was perfect, with easy access to [nearby attractions/transportation/business district]. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting kuanzhai street. Thank you for such a fantastic experience

Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, and the air conditioning was quiet. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with daily housekeeping service. Environment: It was incredibly quiet, with absolutely no noise disturbance. Location: The K exit of Wenshu Monastery Subway Station is less than 50 meters away. A delicious Laozhao Hotpot restaurant is just 200 meters in the opposite direction, with Wenshu Monastery directly across from it. This prime location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring various attractions by subway, which was a key reason I booked this hotel. There's also a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea shop right downstairs. Service: Xiao Xin and Xiao Yue provided exceptionally warm and enthusiastic service. They even helped us carry our luggage downstairs when we checked out. (Kudos to the management for such amazing staff!) Drawbacks: 1. The room was a bit compact, but despite its size, it was fully equipped and had everything we needed. 2. There's no elevator. However, the highest floor is only the second, so it's not a strenuous climb, and the staircase is quite short. What truly stood out was that the front desk attendant, who seemed like a superwoman, single-handedly carried two of our heavy suitcases up to the room – we were incredibly touched by her thoughtfulness! Overall: This hotel is a solid choice and definitely won't disappoint. My family and I were all very satisfied with our stay, and we'll certainly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu. We were so exhausted from our travels that we forgot to take any photos, but rest assured, the room looked exactly as depicted in the promotional pictures.

TLDR: This place is very highly recommended. Note, the name currently varies over several booking sites. There are restrictions on Google maps and other services, which make amendments difficult. (Floral Hotel on Trip.com - check the reviews there! - Qintai ******* Culture Boutique Hotel on ***********, and Shintan Bliss Qintai Hotel and 34° Art on the sign above the door. We are initially hesitant to book because we found this confusing, but dint let it put you off. We are so glad we chose this hotel. (Also, I think the previous poor review is very old and when the hotel was managed by a previous owner.) It's so lovely, the rooms are among the cleanest we've seem and super comfy beds. It's really great value for money. The staff are beyond friendly and incredibly helpful. They did so much to help us and make our stay wonderful. They helped organise excursions, find necessities in the city, gave us little treatsand gifts, even helped to fix a broken handbag. Add to that, the location is perfect for exploring the parks, shopping areas, and the cultural side of Chengdu. This is an artists' hotel and it shows in the decor - quirky, old charm, but comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful traditional buildings. It's so lovely, the rooms are among the cleanest we've seen, and super comfy beds. This is in an excellent location, with views over Shi'Erqiao Martydom Place, moments walk from the China Opera at Shufengya Yun, Culture Park with Xiaoyuan Garden and the Taoist temples at Qingyang Palace (all must-visit places in Chengdu). It's also moments from Tonghuimen metro for easy access to other sites in Chengdu and a short walk from Kuan and Zhai Alleys. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, seems du be recently refurbished, on the small side, but with just the right segment and well equipped for one's needs. The bathrooms seem quite new, with a heated toilet seat and auto flush. Good water pressure and quite hot water. Includes kettle and free tea, plus more than adequate bottle water in demand included. Full toiletries and soft, fluffy towels are provided. Great coffee and various soft drinks are avaliable from the cafe on the ground floor, as well as a selection of beers, including a tasty ******* beer. There is a kettle, drinking water and tea provided in the room. There is a charming third floor lounge area and terrace, with views over the lovely Qintai Road, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and free laundry facilities.

Convenient transportation, very close to People's Park. The location is also very good. You can walk to Kuanzhai Alley and Tianfu Square. So the hotel is not big but the price/performance ratio is good. Although it is a bit like a homestay, the service attitude is very good. Although the breakfast is simple, it is filling. The noodles taste good. The most satisfying thing is that they can help send the luggage to the airport

I stayed for 5 night with my family and we had an amazing time! The location is very central. The apartment is so spacious with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen (with washing machine), bathroom with shower and bath and a huge living room! Every day the cleaning team came to empty our bins, bring new fluffy towels, water bottles etc. The children particularly liked the big screen with projector and we made good use of it. The reception staff is so kind and assisted us with everything we needed. A special thank you for the member of staff (that spoke very good English) that helped us get our iPhone back that we accidentally left in a taxi. My husband made good use of the fitness room. I would 100% recommend this hotel, it is excellent value for money.

I came to Chengdu just to work nearby. I chose to come to this Yun'an 318 hotel. After I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was newly renovated. The front desk lady was super beautiful and friendly. I also helped me upgrade the room, entered the room, the warm color of the log and the clean and tidy bedding made my eyes shine, except for the slightly smaller space, the whole house is basically smart, and the experience of staying in is very good. I slept until 12 o'clock this year, it was a lazy gospel~

I didn't expect the room space of Juzi to be so small, even smaller than the light residence of Yaduo. The bathroom is really only for the next person, and the configuration of the washbasin is also quite random. However, it costs almost 400 yuan a night, probably because of the geographical location. ! It is built next to the old and dilapidated residential building in Chengdu. You can't open the curtains. If you open them, you can even clearly see any behavior in other people's homes. In addition to the subway at the door, it is very convenient, but Chengdu itself has convenient transportation, and it is not far to go anywhere. I personally think it is no problem. Service: The girl at the front desk was very arrogant when I checked in. I felt like I was staying in 5🌟. The requirements for advance notes are not counted. I have to pay extra for the purchase of Huazhu Club. The overall experience is very bad, disappointing! Not recommended! There are better choices at the same price!

My stay here was fantastic! The hotel boasts a prime downtown location, offering easy walking access to all major attractions, and with a subway station conveniently located right downstairs, getting around was incredibly easy. The room itself was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our family without ever feeling crowded. The air conditioning was both fast and quiet, offering instant relief and refreshment after a tiring day of exploring. The attention to cleanliness was superb; every corner was spotless. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful. The complimentary parking was an added bonus, making our self-driving trip entirely stress-free. We will definitely be returning for our next visit!
