窗外景色很好，早上拉開窗簾可以看到朝霞，早餐有米粉，玉米、雞蛋，老闆人很好。祿充撫仙湖景區離民宿步行10多分鐘，過去很方便，值得一去。

我們定了一個海景房，真心不錯，環境衞生也很好，阿姨和叔叔人也很好，特別是阿姨，一看就是很好相處/愛乾淨的人，我有一天衣服掉到後院去了，和阿姨説:馬上幫我撿回來了，很感謝阿姨。第一天我不知道她家有早餐（免費），我早上一下樓，阿姨就給我和哥哥煮早餐。最後附上一張海景房照片，是早上在房間拍的，真的很好看，而且這個房間的價格也很好，願阿姨和叔叔的店生意紅紅火火。

酒店半山而立，直面湖景（湖景房），房間看日出非常愜意，老闆（娘）熱情待客，提供早餐（米線雞蛋玉米）和瓶裝水，也可代工午餐晚餐（豐儉由人、收費合理），房間熱水夠熱，出水量大，洗漱方便，近景區南門。

酒店在較高位置，可以看到撫仙湖的景色，很漂亮，內置設施不錯，老闆超級熱情，可以在酒店裡點晚飯，那個廚師做的飯很美味，還有早點

酒店是自建房，位置較偏僻，店主來接才找到地方，去景區的必經之路上有高速路，往來車輛車速很快，不太安全。酒店內可以吃飯，原本以為住客吃飯會比較優惠，結果幾樣菜的價格跟住宿費差不多了，不過包的早餐品種較多，味道可以。房間裏配備的一次性用品品類略少，連梳子都是找店家拿的。不知道是酒店附近養雞鴨還是房間廁所下水道的原因，房間裏始終有股異味。床睡上去比較舒適，但床單上有少許黑色顆粒，不知是否窗外吹進來的。店家很熱情，但總的來説本次入住體驗不如預期。
