The hotel overall is decent ,especially if you're on a business trip. The food though could be better ,more inclusive of the entire map of India. The housekeeping staff is well behaves, professional and quick to respond. Came across a few of them, viz. Afroj, Gobu, Mugilan, Dimbajyoti, all of them were very helpful and well trained.

Second time staying here. Overall stay was great with family. Nice food for breakfast. Clean rooms and bedding too.

The room was booked by my company and we were a family with 2 big suitcases, still asked to pay in advance. The receptionist was sarcastic and rigid, after many calls were checked in. Went to the restaurant, opted for a la carte, 3 roti and kofta took 42 minutes to be served after multiple reminders to the waitress, kofta was potato balls in a white tasteless gravy, daughter asked for dragon chicken which was very spicy. We have booked triple sharing, it took them 2 hours to get the extra bed, morning 7 am, tried calling in room dinning for tea, call was not picked. Overall pathetic staff. Hotel is mainly catering to airline crew.
