Super relaxed had a hard time with the card machine

This is a rip off dump. I was charged $141.00 for a room because it had a hot tub that I didn't use. I spoke with a guy the next morning that paid $59.00, still twice what it was worth. I have seen better furniture thrown out beside the hyway then this place has. Sleep in you car it will be better. The towels are yellow and dingy just like the rooms. It was a have to for me because DOT regs and the truck I was driving. Pass on by it is the worst I ever stayed in and I spend over 100 nights a year on the road.

They never gave my deposit back, and we caused no damage to the hotel. It was a $100 deposit, so I ended up paying $180 for one night! I could have slept at the Marriott for that and been happy.

Smells awful in the hallway.

Was driving south to St Louis and had to make an unanticipated stop for the night with my handicapped elderly mother. I am a Wyndam member but was charged almost $100 plus a fee for our service dogs (I am handicapped as well) even though the website clearly states no fee for service animals. Man was rude and aggressive. Lock in door of our room was broken and we were afraid. Overwhelming odor of must, mold and curry. The room is so old and broken down. Terrible amenities. We were so exhausted by the time we got in the room we had no choice but to stay. Please, if you read this, let it be a warning to you — drive to next interchange and stay ANYWHERE else. Disgusting. Oh, and they charge for wifi which just made me laugh. I think they think they are a hyatt. What a ripoff. Don't eat their food. Brown bananas, a gallon of milk, stale bread. This place needs to be shut down. Not representative of the brand! Stay away!
