"The refrigerator is not ice and it seems that there is no function, the double bed is a bit small, it seems that it is not the normal size of the average hotel!
There are three more charging cables at the head of the bed, which is quite a plus!

"It was very beautiful and the room was large and comfortable!
The flight was late, so the check-in time was over, but I was able to check in safely because the hotel was at the front desk until 3 o'clock!
The elevator was also safe and secure with a mechanism that did not move without a room key!
It was good to be able to drink water and coffee by myself, the floor was warm, and if I ever stay in Kiyosu again, I will stay here!"

GGuest UserThe hotel location is good to me, and very close to the train station as well. Very quiet and clean. Nonetheless, I'm so curious why they don't have a shower curtain, so it won't let the water splash all over the bathroom when people standing to do showers.
And yet, it would be much better if they have common language (such as English at least) in the room (not just Korean language which most foreigners don't understand). Made us quite confused and frustrated. The most important is they should post the accurate information (check-in time) on the booking details. It said that check-in at 14:00 when I did the booking, but the front staff said it is 16:00. :(

GGuest UserHonestly, the location was good because I could sleep quietly, but this is a personal preference, so it's hard to see it as good. There was nothing bad. The room I used had a computer, but I couldn't use it. But my personal opinion is that it's a little greedy to hope that the computer will be normal for less than 30,000 won.
Maybe more than 30,000 won room I want to work normally on the computer
I was not particularly uncomfortable or dissatisfied, and I checked the best with satisfaction.

GGuest UserThe Grand Plaza is a nice place to stay. Rooms are large and very clean. Great water pressure! Staff is polite and very attentive. In house breakfast has a great variety of both Asian and Western foods. Hotel restaurants are good, but not very busy due to the overabundance of local restaurants that surround the hotel, most of which have menus with English on them. You can get a great Korean mean for less than $10 within a block of the Grand Plaza in any direction.

The service was great, the staff were friendly and even helped to keep my luggage overnight despite me not staying there anymore. It has a huge fridge, and a washing machine. overall rly rly nice hotel!

IIkuyoThere is a market nearby, but it was a market where it was not lively and could not eat breakfast. At night, there is a shop that is open until morning about 10 minutes walk, and those who drink may enjoy it. Also, Lotte Mart and Daiso are nearby, making shopping convenient. The hotel itself is a building that would have been a love hotel in the past, and although I felt old, it was well cleaned and clean.
It was convenient because there were restaurants and convenience stores around.

However, it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned properly, and there was hair and makeup left behind from the previous guest.
The desk was also old, as the wood was peeling and I had to rub my arms against it several times, which hurt.

鼻鼻風邪About 10 minutes walk from Gomatsu Station on the KTR. Convenience stores are within 5 minutes, so it is convenient, and you can buy sweets and sake at the hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a two night stay here, but the first night was so bad that we wanted to check out. Because we brought our elderly with us, they complained that the room was very cold, so we went to the counter and asked for help in English. The counter staff asked us to turn up the temperature ourselves and they would go upstairs to check later. Because the temperature of the other room we booked was not set as high, and due to the language barrier and inability to understand Korean, we waited for about 20 minutes and went to the counter to ask for assistance. At this time, the counter staff took a small electric heater from the counter, turned on the temperature after arriving in the room, plugged in the heater, said nothing, and just left and closed the door... The poor attitude made our whole family dumbfounded. I thought, what did we do wrong? When I returned to the hotel the next day, I saw that there were still tattered sponges and dishcloths in another bathroom.
The breakfast was great! But the service attitude at the counter is really unacceptable.

GGuest UserThe room was very good, the price was affordable, and it was great value for money. I went to Jeju today and booked this hotel again. The lobby is very spacious and the outdoor lounge is also very comfortable. It is very comfortable to sit there at night.
