Comfort Inn Philadelphia International Airport West

這個酒店真是太差了，房門鎖都破損了，感覺使勁一推就能打開，前台服務員更差勁，信用卡機器壞了要手動輸入信用卡訊息，他輸錯了號碼説讓我給銀行打電話，真是無語，讓他再試試一副不情願的樣子，然後再輸一遍就通過了，酒店就在一個消防站旁邊，美國的消防車出警次數特別多，窗户不隔音，半夜被和早晨都被消防車巨大的噪音打擾。給安排到電梯門口的房間，早上被電梯蜂鳴聲吵醒，應該是有人長時間阻擋電梯，電梯警報聲，太差勁了

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, they picked us from the airport on a right time, and had an amazing drive James.who gave us all info about Philly.and the hotel experience was really good. We enjoyed our time and we will surely come back for our daughter's graduation.

Called the front desk for an airport pickup at 11pm. Right now it is 1am and the driver has not arrived. The guy working the front desk keeps telling me he is on his way. Two hours later and 8 phone calls later I am still stranded at the airport.

The hotel smelled bad. We returned from a long day at a conference and the tv doesn’t work. The floors were sticky. In the morning the coffee maker still had grounds left in it. We asked them to fix the tv while we were gone. It was on an working when we returned that evening. Next day not working again. Took an hour and 2 trips to the lobby and 2 phone calls on the phone that didn’t work. There was a loud busy signal while we were talking. Turn out he has some other remote to change the input to make it work. If i turn off the tv it will not work again until he brings the remote. The bed was comfortable. I’ll give them that.

My son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament in June. I called much earlier than Saturday check in and asked if the room was available since he had a big break between games. I was told to come over and they would get me a room. The area outside the hotel was slightly sketchy but we weren't planning on walking anywhere. We were given a room an opportunity to relax before we needed to go back to the field. That night we found out our Sunday game was later in the day. I asked if we could check out Sunday at 12:30 and were told that it would not be a problem at all. There appeared to be multiple soccer teams also staying in the hotel. Sunday morning we went down to breakfast. There was an abundance of options at the free buffet. Thank you for being so accommodating to my son and I over this long, hot weekend of travel baseball.

We waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle at 10:45p at night. When calling the hotel the front desk claimed the airport was super busy. No it was not - we were at the airport and a Holiday Inn Express shuttle passed us three times while the Comfort Inn shuttle never came. We took an $40 uber and upon arrivalthe shuttle was sitting at the hotel and a number of employees were sitting in the lobby talking. When getting off the elevator to head to our room the entire hallway smelled like ****.
