Premier Inn Chester Central North

Check in was very quick and the receptionist was lovely , the room was too warm, aircon would have been nice, but other than that the room was clean, bed was comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning the food was great and the chef Tobias was really friendly. Over all we had a really nice time.

Receptionist was rude, unprofessional and unfriendly on arrival which made checking in more stressful and chaotic with a 5 year old and a new born. The hotel was really clean and secure with a big car park and easily reached from chester. Its brilliantly located for lots to do in chester and rooms were very clean and a good size. Rooms had everything we needed inside however was hot at nighttime even with a fan on. We stop here often and it's always a good price. Cot bed was clean with fresh bedding and has enough surface space to hold all babies essentials. Breakfast was lovely and warm and lots of choice and kids eat free which is brilliant with a fussy 5 year old it's never worth spending alot on his breakfast as he won't eat much.

Several family members stayed for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Diane and the other staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and you know what you’re getting with Premier Inn. The integrated breakfast restaurant is excellent. For us the only downside of Premier Inns in general is the dynamic pricing applied to the online booking but that’s expected nowadays.

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn. Comfortable and clean room, warm and friendly staff and good breakfast. Small hotel and well located, just a 5 minute taxi ride from Chester town centre. Highly recommended, would stay again if visiting area.

Lovely hotel easy to find. Hotel room was spacious and breakfast was very nice. Morrisions was opposite and had takeaways near by. We used the hotel base for chester zoo, zip world and alton towers. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Definitely would return.

It’s all you need for one night. Staff are helpful, plenty of car parking, close to Chester, pub next door, supermarket within walking distance. Bed very comfy, best pillows we’ve had in a Premier Inn. Tea and coffee in room. Shower was fine. Room was clean. Hairdryer, shampoo and plenty of electrical sockets. It’s not fancy but it’s all you need.
