The majestic hills of North Wales or the buzz and bustle of Chester - at Premier Inn Hotel Chester Central (South East) you can have both. We're the gateway to Snowdonia but we're also perfectly situated for some great retail therapy, and there's plenty to entertain the whole family. Climb up to a cairn at the top of Snowdon. Place your bets at Chester races. Stroll around Chester's Roman walls, or see the lions roar at the city zoo. Then it's back to our place for great food in our Brewers Fayre restaurant, and a lovely comfy bed.

The worst premier inn I have stayed in would not recommend, poor selection of food for the evening menu and the quality of this food was to match for the price you pay for it we were left extremely dissatisfied and room was not cleaned very well prior to us arriving such as chewing gum stuck the carpet, hair in the bath and toilet tissue left in the floor in the bathroom none of this was out of sight it was in the open so couldn't have been easily missed.

A nice little spot, perfect for not having to travel too far to get to places like the zoo, shopping outlet etc. Staff really friendly, and have made it work for meals since the closure of the Brewers that was located next door. Slept really well considering there’s a main road always in use.

Found this Premier Inn satisfactory. Staff very helpful. Choice of food in the restaurant could do with being more extensive now the pub next door has been sold. Staff were very helpful as I got lost looking for the place. Comfortable room. Although could do with more than one chair.

Staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was first class and good choice available. Evening meal was also good and was offered the 30% off the price if you had both Breakfast and evening meals. The deal was £20.99 for both including a drink. Great value.

We stayed here for an audition at the Hammond..we had a little disaster early on the Saturday morning. We asked the member of staff Lydia for assistance..she went above and beyond and saved the day... customer service 100 stars. Thank you Lydia

Return visit to Chester to meet friends. We were really disappointed that the main bar and restaurant had been closed down. The small 'Social' restaurant just off reception was not somewhere where you can socialise with friends whilst on holiday. Very limited menu and only serves bottled drinks. Setup more for business use. Had to go out with the family and friends each evening to find a nice bar. Ok for breakfasts. This is the second Premier Inn where we have found the main bar/restaurant has been closed down. Always used Premier Inns but we are now going to look for alternative accomodation for holiday breaks. Starting to look and feel like Travelodge, really disappointed ☹️

Premier inn is a good reliable place to stay and the staff are always great . The food isn’t and there are no kitchenettes or microwaves unfortunately. Buffet breakfast is warm at best and the eggs are awful. Some premier inns still do table service for breakfast which is much better, gone are the days where one has to put up with second rate food. Reasonable price generally but sometimes price is very high for what you get. Time to modernise their brand.

If you have a room by the road side it can be very noisy with window open as busy road. The restaurant for evening meal is absolutely appalling!! Dreadful, bland and boring food, and staff who simply don’t care or they simply aren’t experienced enough. Avoid at own peril. Breakfast was good though. DO NOT GET THE MEAL DEAL. Just breakfast!!
