The Chester Court Hotel

Booked last minute by phone. Great rate, charming staff, clean cosy well furnished room. Took the train up to buy a car. Was exhausted. Friendly welcome was what I needed Recommend to anyone I particularly liked the big parking spaces to park my new car! No dent risk.

This review is long overdue… as I’ve stayed at Chester Court on regular occasions through the year, during the past several years now. It’s my absolute favourite place to stay whenever I visit Chester and travel to see my family here. This also included the occasion of my son’s wedding, with other family members also booked to stay here. Chester Court Hotel is most memorable for exceptional stays and luxuriously styled accomodation… second to none in my experience. Well situated and in very convenient location . Most exceptionally comfortable, high standard of accomodation has meant that I always experience a completely enjoyable stay. One especially stand-out aspect for me is the array of different accomodation styles on offer within this one hospitality property. The rooms range from smaller, to more spacious and even self-contained small apartment style. Some accomodation even has its own outside, private terrace area. The facilities are excellent, including en suite bathroom areas… some with shower, some with bath, some with jacuzzi and some with shower and bath. There are fridge facilities. Beverage facilities provided, of course. T.V. provided too, of course. One of my stays included provision of two televisions in the accomodation! The standard of decor is excellent, well designed rooms and carefully chosen attention to detail. Breakfast dining facilities most comfortable and relaxing too, very high standard of service and catering… with lovely selection of breakfast choices and excellent coffee! Staff team particularly friendly and cheerful, professional and helpful. Most attentive and responsive to any requests and/or queries. High standard of individual service provided, tailored to my own personal requirements .

We had a deluxe double room and it had everything to make our stay very comfortable. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Lovely fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Mini fridge and microwave in the room together with tea, coffee and water. Very clean and spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Included with the room was a very generous free breakfast the following morning. With everything from cereals, toast croissants, muffins and a cooked breakfast. Lovely staff who were welcoming and friendly. Could not fault it at all and I am happy to recommend it and hopefully will return again very soon!

Chester weekend Lovely Room very cosy with modern Shower. Breakfast time was a full English with other alternatives. Staff polite. Overall a nice weekend. 10 minutes from Chester centre.

Room was awfully cold. Cleaner helped herself to the room at 10.30am as she couldn't wait for me to leave in order to get the room cleaned! Will not stay again.

A warm welcome at the hotel, Room was furnished & decorated well. Shower was great with a large shower head. Breakfast was buffet style. Full English or Continental. Would stay next time we visited Chester. Close to City Centre by bus or by taxi.
