Na U Hotel

I stayed at Na U Hotel for 7 nights and was overall very satisfied. All staff members could communicate in English and were consistently polite and professional. Each evening, they proactively asked about my breakfast preferences for the next day. The breakfast selection was extensive; over the week I tried almost everything, and both the food and coffee were of high quality—definitely worth trying. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the overall hygiene standards were good. Directly opposite the hotel is a 24-hour laundry, which was very convenient. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk away for basic daily necessities. The hotel is located in the old town area, with historic attractions and many restaurant options nearby. It’s also very close to the airport, so on my departure day I had time to browse the shopping mall near the airport before leaving.

I was hesitated to book this hotel at first because it was so new and barely have any reviews. But after staying here for 3 nights, I can say that this hotel is so amazing. Every facility is so new and beautiful, I like their design so much. Every room has a bathtub. Their shower gel and shampoo is so nice of smell. There is a 7-11 in about 150m, a 24 hour self laundry opposite of the hotel, and many massage and pharmacy nearby. It’s very convenient staying here. And thank you to the staff who brought me a weight scale to weigh my bag. I would definitely come back here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Clean environment with good service, nice price, would book next time!

Rand new very clean hotel

This is one of the best in town. Brand new opened one month ago. We are lucky enough to book in for one night and it was amazing for everything from room, coffee to staff just great and lovely. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

A hidden gem! The hotel is conveniently located in the old city, with lots of food options, temples, and the weekend night market, all within a walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and caring—a special shoutout to Yim and the barista for going the extra mile to accommodate my vegetarian meal preferences, even though the hotel does not explicitly offer vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. I also loved the minimalist, modern and chic decor which is hard to find in this area. I can't wait to go back for a second time!

Na U Hotel is a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. It's located on the edge of the Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main attractions while enjoying a quieter area. Pratu ChiangMai Market is only 2-3 minute walk away and has plenty of delicious authentic Northern thai street food. The room was clean,spacious,and included a nice bathtub.Breakfast is served a' la carte and was fresh and delicious. Overall,it's a comfortable hotel with a convenient location, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was big and spotlessly clean. Had a great time.
