The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is also very fr and can speak in English well. We book 4 rooms only one night advance and when we arrive there, they got no room left for the type we book so they even upgraded 2 rooms free. I highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent: The room is clean, comfortable, simple and stylish in design, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bathtub and a living room
The waiter has good service and smiles
The hotel has a beautiful environment and is comfortable, with plenty of check-in slots
The location is not close to the city. It feels comfortable and quiet. There is no problem with a car. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the city. There is a convenience store nearby and a restaurant opposite.
Missing: It may not be the peak season, the fitness room is not open, and there are no instructors available.
Location is okay, we had a car so made it fine for us, otherwise it would be a bit awkward to get around. Maids were friendly and helpful and kept the room clean, front desk was okay, however I never got a good morning or hello.
Parking is a major problem, incredibly limited and it’s popular with tour groups, so bus loads of people come in and go at a time blocking the car exit from the hotel, having to wait over 10 minutes just to get out of the exit.

We both got sick from khao soi soup. Service at pool non existing. Had to walk into the restaurant to order more drinks and then again to pay. Roomservice in evening didnt answer phone 20min before closing. Called front office to help in this situation, they said sorry cant help you. Like, didnt even bother to hesitatw. Breakfast buffet later in the morning luke warm food. Not sure what is happening F&B wise on management level. From 02.30 till 04.30 had loud french people talking on the balcony keeping us awake. No faith in front office to help, so didnt bother then and accepted a bad night sleep. Shower options worked poorly. Hygiene was ok, but nosquitos plenty. Garden surrounding hotel was beautifull. Wont be enough to stay again. Neither will i go to Centara again. Spend 20 euro more and stay at any marriott. Dissapointed.
Among the resort hotels I've been to in Chiang Mai, this one is the cleanest. The breakfast is like eating local home cooking, and the menu is different every day. I was satisfied. It was nice that bread and bacon were prepared.
The swimming pool is not deep, so it's not dangerous.
The manager speaks English well, so there's no problem with communication.
I felt good because I got an upgraded room.
Everyone is friendly!
The location is a bit ambiguous, but I got around easily with Grab.
I also went to the tuna market.
Close to Central Festival and the Highway. There is also a grocery store nearby. The lady at the desk was really lovely and helpful. The hotel is a bit outdated. The cottage was dark and musty, lots of mosquitoes and wifi was really bad. The pool had a lot of chemicals that burnt my son's skin. The breakfast was very good.

the hotel is ok but the room is not soundproof.under the bed seems to have not been cleaned.there are no shoes in the room.two towels are provided.no face towels.
Lovely hotel, good service from staff, very clean room, impressively clean. When I went, they gave free coffee to the guests. The coffee was very delicious. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The water pressure was strong, I liked it. The location is quite far from the city center, but it is convenient. You can find food in the nearby area and go out of the city easily. If I have a chance, I want to stay again.

GGuest UserThere is only one light in the room, at the mirror. It may not be too familiar to people who like bright lights. Hotels next to the main road may have some noise. The bathroom is too small, but it's enough. The room isn't soundproof, making it difficult to talk. Sound may escape. When we go out, the housekeeper will come in and clean. This one is not very okay because it has become our personal space. If you want to come in, you should inform us first or have the staff notify you during check-in. It would be good.
MMichael AnsgarI stayed for one night because i missed a bus and had zo stay an additional night in Chiang Mai. Overall my impression of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need. Directly across the street you ind a 7-11 and a ton of food vendors. Very neat.
There is only one thing that was kinda awkward. I was in chiang mai because i had a accident and had to go to the hopsital. When the accident happened my phone brke so i couldnt call a taxt so asked at the reception if they could call me an indrive. And they refused that. I tried to explain my situation but hey didnt want to call an taxi for me. Never ever have i experienced that in a hotel before.
GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chiang Mai, I chose this hotel by chance. Unexpectedly, I found a treasure and had a very special stay experience. Overall, all the facilities in this hotel are very new and the rooms are clean and tidy. I learned from the front desk staff that this hotel has only been open for a few years (unfortunately, it has encountered a special period of three years and is still persisting silently). It is said that before 2019, there will be a large number of Chinese tourists staying for a long time, so the service signs in the hotel lobby, rooms, restaurants, etc. are specially equipped with Chinese and English prompts. Many tourists choose this place. I guess besides the important factor of being very quiet at night, the traffic here is very convenient, and it is very convenient to come from the super highway; I tried to walk from the hotel to the Central Festival, which is about 1.2 kilometers, that is, It only takes ten minutes; it is about 1 kilometer from the hotel to Chiang Mai Railway Station and only a few hundred meters to Chiang Mai Long-distance Bus Station. No wonder this hotel is very popular. I would like to add that this time I stayed in a room on the first floor of the hotel. I didn't expect to open the curtains and go straight to the swimming pool. I opened the floor-to-ceiling windows and could sit on a chair by the pool for a nap. This was an unexpected surprise. The breakfast is also very good, offering a rich variety of buffets. In addition to the Western style, I personally think that the northern Thai style bone soup rice porridge is close to Chinese food, and the taste is quite good. Finally, the staff I met in the hotel provided very good service, and their gestures truly reflected the hospitality of Thailand as a country of smiles. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them!
