The hotel is clean and quiet. The inconvenience is no elevator which guests have to bring luggages by their own 😭 there is no hair dryer either.

The room is great! It’s like a home away from home. The bed is too firm for me, but still pretty comfortable. Love the air purifier as CNX tends to be polluted. The mall across the highway is under renovation, but it’s still very convenient and has a Tops supermarket. You also have a microwave or stove top and they provide a pot and some dishes and cutlery. The pool area is just sad; very old and water is dirty. The gym is a nice convenience. The room is very cozy and decently clean. There were some ants and some random leftover food residue in the kitchen which I cleaned myself. They let me check in early around 2pm so that was nice, however I do feel that 2pm is standard, but when I messaged them and asked for towels they brought them promptly. You also need to check in yourself. Do not ask the front desk for help because she was too busy eating hot pot and watching tv. She made it clear that I was bothering her. lol. You have to collect your key from the mailbox. This is ok though as long as you check your email to understand the process. Having a washing machine is also great! Overall it’s super convenient to be near the airport and have a little home where you can relax and watch tv as well.

It is a comfortable hotel with a location in the city center. It has facilities such as a parking lot and a swimming pool. There are 24/7 staff to assist. The rooms are modern and clean, full of facilities. The price is friendly. I can't wait to visit this hotel again.

A novel design. The hotel is walking distance to the Airport plaza. The swimming pool is great for a dip but not laps. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Aircon a little noisy. Free coffee downstairs. Good for an overnight stay. Grab car 125 to airport.

The staff was very friendly, but the whole hotel has an odd smell, like just finished refurbishment, and the shower doesn't have compartment. A bit far from the busy area.

This room is impeccable. For 200 baht, you can stay in an area of more than 50 square meters. The service is also good. The airport shuttle is only 100 baht. It is just too remote. Other cars entering the airport must strictly check their documents. There are not many planes, so the noise is acceptable.

Pleasant Chiang Mai is a great option for a comfortable stay. The rooms are generously sized, offering plenty of space to relax. Having a washing machine in the room adds extra convenience, especially for longer visits. Ample parking for both cars and motorcycles makes it a practical choice for those driving. The location is fantastic, with shops and food stalls just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up essentials. A convenient and well-rounded accommodation option!

I stayed here in 2019 multiple times and the facilities were very new. The facilities, furniture, etc. have not been maintained. I checked in again for a four night stay in 2024. I left after about 15 minutes in the room and booked somewhere else. It felt like someone had cleaned it, but overall just gross. Also, this location is listed as having soundproofing on multiple sites. Yet the poolview room was very noisy with traffic if you are sensitive to noise. Maybe it's up to your standards, just not mine. I didn't hassle for my money back, but would not recommend.

Honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in, would have loved to stay here longer
