Good hotel at a very reasonable price with good facilities for less money and nice rooms and nice towels and soap and many more things.the hotel service and the hotel staff was very good and very professional. highly recommend

Wonderful, friendly and professional staff. Hotel is modern and squeaky clean. Daily housekeeping. Free bottles of water, tea and coffee. We really liked the glass water bottles which we think are sustainable. Room is spacious for two people. All the amenities for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed but the pillows were too high, made uncomfortable to sleep on it. Good air-conditioning. Ample hot water. Bathroom with good fittings. Water pressure was impressive. Spacious refrigerator which is cool. Flat screen tv with local tv channels. Nice indoor swimming pool but open roof so during the daytime it gets enough sunlight. Hotel provides washing machine with a drier. 100 Baht for wash and dry for one hour cycle. Free bicycles for a deposit of 500 Baht. Hotel's location is great which is walking distance to the main bus stop, night bazaar and the temples. We highly recommend this hotel.

Generally pleasant, Fantastic location and relatively new facilities that ensured a comfortable experience. However, the receptionist and restaurant staff could improve their friendliness and customer service. It seemed they lacked the patience to provide directions or assistance when needed. Despite this drawback, the overall stay was enjoyable, thanks to the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Located in the city center, convenient transportation. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room is clean and tidy. View as standard of Hop Inn The first floor has essential goods for sale. Opposite is a beautiful temple that is worth visiting.

Hotel was very nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Near the city of Chiangrai. Very convenient. Comes with simple breakfast from 6:30-10:00am. Hot shower, towels, toothpaste, toothbrush and hair dryer includes in the fee. Very good service with happy staff who is very helpful. Surely will stay here again next trip.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Compliments to the management that think of every little details for its guests. From welcome drinks to complimentary shuttle service to the bus terminal. Lovely swimming pool and rool top bar. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a ralaxing holiday in Chiang Rai.

I selected the good view room but even the view is not beautiful I also need to climb third floor without elevator.And don’t mix nationality and service. Your duty is kindly pay attention to the customer , it’s not important where they are from. Don’t forget I gave money before coming to your hotel and I don’t demand anything for free.

We spent five nights at Sooknirund Hotel and had a lovely, relaxing stay. The hotel is beautifully designed with a mix of modern and vintage charm, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The inclusion of a cafetière in the room was a particularly nice touch. There are some great features throughout the hotel, including a small but well-equipped gym, and a cosy library room with a Nespresso machine, which made for a peaceful spot to unwind. While the stay was very comfortable overall, the breakfast was the one slight letdown. It’s à la carte, and you pre-select your dish at reception the night before. While the menu is varied, the quality and availability were inconsistent. On some mornings, there was juice, toast, and cereal alongside the main dish, while on others, these extras were nowhere to be seen, which was disappointing. Late check-out wasn’t available, which would have been appreciated, but the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, and that made a big difference. In short, Sooknirund Hotel is a stylish and comfortable base in Chiang Rai, and we would happily stay again, we just hope breakfast becomes a little more consistent.
