Chiang Rai Tha Sai Hotels

It was a very good stay. When I got to the room, there was an earthquake at 1:20 PM and at 1:39 PM. There were two earthquakes, but the building didn't shake much even though there was a lot of shaking. The room was good and clean. It is near Big C Mini, so it is convenient to buy things.

The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Its location near the town center makes it convenient for exploring, yet it remains calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers great variety, adding excellent value to the overall experience. Definitely worth the money paid for such comfort and quality service!

The room was clean from the receptionist to the bathroom and bedroom. The staff provided good service. The location was convenient and easy to travel. But the downside was that in the morning, the breakfast was not enough for the number of guests, so people who came down later did not get to eat even though they paid for the same room.

Overall, it's very good. The food is delicious. The Connect Family rooms are good, clean, and most importantly, not expensive. At Baan Kom Mak, I slept for 3 nights in a row. Booked through Trop.com for a very cheap price.

The host provided very good service, reply very quickly, clean rooms, complete facilities. Very impressed

The pillows are soft but the mattress is very hard. May be suitable for elderly people who like hard mattresses. If the light in the room is too bright, there should be a bedside lamp as well. And if you can use a hair dryer, that would be great.

Convenient transportation, clean and sanitary.

We spent five nights at Sooknirund Hotel and had a lovely, relaxing stay. The hotel is beautifully designed with a mix of modern and vintage charm, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The inclusion of a cafetière in the room was a particularly nice touch. There are some great features throughout the hotel, including a small but well-equipped gym, and a cosy library room with a Nespresso machine, which made for a peaceful spot to unwind. While the stay was very comfortable overall, the breakfast was the one slight letdown. It’s à la carte, and you pre-select your dish at reception the night before. While the menu is varied, the quality and availability were inconsistent. On some mornings, there was juice, toast, and cereal alongside the main dish, while on others, these extras were nowhere to be seen, which was disappointing. Late check-out wasn’t available, which would have been appreciated, but the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, and that made a big difference. In short, Sooknirund Hotel is a stylish and comfortable base in Chiang Rai, and we would happily stay again, we just hope breakfast becomes a little more consistent.

Great hotel for a great price! Brilliant location just a few steps from the clock tower. Room was clean, the staff and service was amazing and the showers were hot!! Laundry service available too which is a nice bonus. Not the most glamorous or fancy place to stay but I’d Definitely recommend to people on a budget :)
