Keisei Hotel Miramare

お部屋はとても広くて、清潔感もあり、深夜に到着しましたがスタッフの方も新設に対応いただきました。別館の入り口隣にコンビニがあり、深夜でも便利でした。

千葉中央站出來馬上到，商店街有藥妝店，超市，大創可以逛，周邊也很方便，還是迪士尼友好飯店，有免費接送迪士尼的接駁車，周邊的單軌電車很有趣

我們是訂三人房，飯店不僅沒有告知三人房需要多加錢並且房卡處理的非常不妥善。房卡連續三次沒辦法進房以外，櫃檯人員態度也很不禮貌。我們訂了三人房缺到現場又要多收我另外兩位朋友入住的費用，實在是不理解這個操作。寫信給客服0個人回覆，體驗簡直是差到不行^^地理位置確實是方便，飯店走出來過一個馬路就到捷運站，但是整體來說還是差到不行^^ We booked a triple room, but the hotel did not inform us in advance that there would be extra charges for three guests, and the handling of the room keys was very poor. The key card failed three times in a row, and the front desk staff were extremely rude. Although we booked a triple room, we were told on-site that we had to pay additional fees for the other two guests, which we found very unreasonable. We sent an email to customer service, but received zero replies. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The only good thing was the location — just across the street from the MRT station — but everything else was awful. 私たちはトリプルルームを予約しましたが、ホテル側から三人利用に追加料金がかかるという説明はなく、ルームキーの対応も非常に不適切でした。キーは3回連続で使えず、フロントスタッフの態度もとても失礼でした。トリプルルームを予約したのに、現地で他の二人の友人の宿泊費を追加で請求されたのは理解できません。カスタマーサービスにメールを送っても、返信は一通もありませんでした。本当にひどい体験でした。立地は確かに便利で、ホテルを出て道を渡るとすぐにMRT駅がありますが、それ以外はすべて最悪でした。
