The location of HI Chicago Hostel is great—easy access to public transport and major sights. The room and facilities were just okay, nothing special, but clean enough. Overall, it’s a decent option for solo travelers looking for a central and affordable place to stay.

旅館通知現在已經不提供早餐了。但有免費咖啡和切片麪包。酒店離火車站步行可達。提供很乾凈的毛巾，沒有床簾有人用唯一的一條毯子當簾子。休息和洗手間在二樓 如果提前到達或退房後進不去，因為必須刷卡。

房間很寬敞，衞生很乾凈，設施比較好，服務好，早餐豐富，交通方便，離公交站地鐵站都很近，離景點也很近。環境很安靜。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the breakfast — it had a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also perfect, close to many shops and tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I look forward to visiting again!

服務太差，明明在攜程已經有訂單號，辦理入住又要付款，不付就不給住，愛理不搭的態度。

Magnifique tres bien placer , personnels accueillants

早餐晚一點就幾乎沒有多少吃的剩下，問了工作人員説不補充。房間比較整潔，合用廚房，不過沒有任何灶具，不能做飯。

房間窗户不能打開，基礎設施還不錯，有廚房，地理位置比較方便，從機場直接地鐵可達， 距離景點步行的距離。

location, clean, and friendly staff. What made it even better was meeting Ahmed, a fellow Moroccan, at the front desk! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chicago.

El lugar estaba lindo, buena ubicación, pero creo que en las habitaciones deberían poner unos bancos cerca de los casilleros.
