Millennium Hotels in Chicago

There was nothing wrong with the hotel accommodation experience, but two days after leaving the hotel, I found that the hotel automatically charged 139USD through my credit card, and there was no bill. I wanted to contact the hotel but the email was not working. Finally, with the help of Ctrip customer service, I confirmed that it was a mistake by the hotel. Ctrip overseas is still very helpful and attentive. I remember that many years ago in Australia, I also asked Ctrip overseas customer service to help me solve the air ticket problem. But the hotel service sucks!
